Crickets. I asked my dealer for an update last Friday. The last status window ended 6/2, and was still just "pending status update." They said that system updates Tuesdays (??). Status is "built" with secondary status "off site." Supposedly waiting for a train. There is a Bronco on the lot with a blend date two weeks after ours.... so definitely not first in/first out. Frustrating.

My last status was 5/20. Not a thing since. Did you order something weird? All I ordered extra was full bash plates, removable hoop steps and trailer hitch.

The typical update to the regular tracker is on Tuesdays but it can update, especially once in production, any time. Your dealer can use VinView for more detail and some have had better luck with FoMoCo customer service. Seems the chat is hit or miss.

you’re approaching 60dys from y’all’s build week date, any updates from your guy or will that be on Friday? It may not hurt yo reach out if you haven’t heard any update since last week?

I know it’s no consolation but there are others in the same boat even though it’s not nearly as many as even last year. Hopefully youā€˜re getting near the finish line.

hang in and best of luck
Thank you šŸ˜ž

My tracker doesn't update -- "in production" since 5/6. My modules have not populated. Ford Chat and Dealer VinView are the same. Built, off-site. Pending status update since 6/2. I've seen others here post a VinView screen shot with lots of detail, and even though I've asked, my dealer says he doesn't have that screen.

My order didn't have any known constraints or upfit options. WildTrak lux, dual tops, weather mats, tow (dealer install).

I'm unaware of what it means to "escalate" a customer service request. I'm just trying to figure out if I should continue waiting or buy off the lot. It's also natural to read into the situation and wonder if there is a problem, but none of the updates included a QA hold like SpacePal...

This is all my sales manager got out of the Ford Regional rep today:

So there are approx 4200 Bronco’s on hold at the factory, they will NOT tell us what they need, it is likely a part that they are lacking. There is supposed to be a release update very soon.

That may be correct. I was told today that my vehicle is in Canton, Michigan, ready to ship but needs one more thing. Been there since May 23rd. They Saud it could be anything, big or small.

I don't think so. Mine is a Bronco Raptor . Showing in Production since mid May, modules populated, now crickets. My dealer reached out to his rep in Missouri and got the following response yesterday...

I suppose the most disappointing part of this is not knowing why. A simple missing part? A mechanical issue? Paint? It's hard to not yield to voices that will absolutely bum you out. I just hope it gets resolved quickly. I asked my dealer for an update yesterday. Still on "Hold."

She looks like a winner to me, I'd bet on her! I got the rack on top too, I'll show you mine next week I hope! Let me know if you get an interference with Satellite.
You wanted to know if I get interference with the roof rack. Took a 300 mile trip and the Sirus would go out in almost every song for about 3 seconds. Do you think this is the roof rack? My other car has Sirus and it never goes out for a few seconds.

my everglades was the same issue--once I removed the roof rack it was noticeably better but still sucks. My Rubicon also has the antenna on the roll bar through the hard top and not nearly the issues the Bronco has. I am considering adding a second antenna to outside of the hard top-- and if I ever remove the hard top just plug the one on the roll bar back in.

Maybe I’m lucky but I’ve had no issues with dropped Xm/sat and I have the OEM rack on my hardtop. This is in town and out in the country.
it’s certainly no worse than my wife’s explorer. The drop outs are under heavy cover, large bridges just as you’d expect.

my 2 cents
