are you able to track with that?
Yeah, mines on CSX, so I call their tracking center, plug in my rail car number and it gives me a little update of where it is and an ETA of when it will be delivered to the station to then get transported via truck

Picked up my Bronco yesterday. Today it has dead battery sitting in the garage. Sending a tow truck over. Not a got start to the ownership!!!!

Picked up my Bronco yesterday. Today it has dead battery sitting in the garage. Sending a tow truck over. Not a got start to the ownership!!!!
@JohnR I'm sure you already checked, but lots have complained about the battery terminals being loose from the factory. Just a thought.

Dealer service has the car told me the rear window defogger was on constantly and draining the battery. They need a part and I don't have a car.

surely they will get you a loaner. At least they know what the issue/fix is so hopefully it won't take long.

They got it back to me today by disabling the rear defogger until the module come in. They will pick and deliver for the repair, so the dealer has been good so far. Just upsetting the problem was there from the start.

Anyone hear ANYTHING about their MIA bronco? Its like I've fallen off the face of the earth.
Crickets. I asked my dealer for an update last Friday. The last status window ended 6/2, and was still just "pending status update." They said that system updates Tuesdays (??). Status is "built" with secondary status "off site." Supposedly waiting for a train. There is a Bronco on the lot with a blend date two weeks after ours.... so definitely not first in/first out. Frustrating.

The typical update to the regular tracker is on Tuesdays but it can update, especially once in production, any time. Your dealer can use VinView for more detail and some have had better luck with FoMoCo customer service. Seems the chat is hit or miss.

Just got a call back. They won't escalate a case until 60 days after last correspondence update. Said its a Plant Quality Assurance Issue, that's all they know. Mine pending an update, which tells you nothing. No info on when to expect an update. Sigh. Guy pretty good to deal with though, said he'll keep an eye out for fresh info and will call me every Friday. Worth a try, back to waiting....
you’re approaching 60dys from y’all’s build week date, any updates from your guy or will that be on Friday? It may not hurt yo reach out if you haven’t heard any update since last week?

I know it’s no consolation but there are others in the same boat even though it’s not nearly as many as even last year. Hopefully youā€˜re getting near the finish line.
