VinView is the tracking system used by your dealer. My understanding is it may be specific to each dealer and it offers much more detailed and accurate tracking info than the regular tracker that we have access.
Someone else can correct me or elaborate but that’s my understanding.

Your dealer should be able to give you more info than just that email.

Rick, did you receive a heads up from your dealership, a smoke signal, anything since the email about being in production?

I reached out to my dealer last night and he was clueless, passed me the same goofy email we all received Thursday about still being in production last week. No help at all.

A question to others that might be watching, I've seen "VIN View" mentioned in other threads and wondering if its the same thing as the pizza tracker / vehicleordertracker or is it something different and if so who uses it and is able to access it? I'm curious if my build is already on a convoy truck and on the way or sitting at the factory waiting still.

My sales guy is pretty good, but I knew about the same time he did with the progress. I just kept checking the chart (order, sched, prod,) on the web site daily. I was surprised that mine went in to production Apr 3, completed Apr 4, Shipped (rail)Apr 5, and arrived in Fort Worth Apr 8 (Yesterday). I had my sales guy check his system for the tracking map/route, but by the time he did it was an hour out from the dealership.

Today I woke to the pizza tracker now showing Built with a date of yesterday 4/16, good news! No email from Ford or the dealer but will be following up with them on further tracking in VinView.

For what it’s worth, I didn’t get any email updates until after it shipped. Then got the it’s built and it shipped emails the same time; so updates don’t seem to be too prompt.

Well after the tracker showing built since the 14th I checked a few minutes ago and it's all the way back to order confirmed. WTH

I was able to grab mine last week. So much fun to drive.

Mine arrived late yesterday by truck convoy to VA. They are prepping it now and I'm planning to pick it up at the end of the day.

Oh, and the pizza tracker was sitting all the way back at Order Confirmed through the day yesterday, and then this morning I woke to it Shipped and now its in Final Preparation both stages with yesterday's date on it.

That sounds great. My biggest regret is not having anywhere to store the back part of the top to totally remove it.
