Exactly, same here. The main thing for me is that I have to decide on where to buy. If I buy from US then I have to factor in the Canadian exchange, duty, customs, taxes, etc. Can be 40% and up just for the exchange rate alone. That said I only live 1 hour from the Maine US/New Brunswick CAN border so I have a US address and ship to there and go across to pick up when necessary. Always have to do my homework so I don't get hosed on pricing. Then there's the hassle of returns which has to be considered. Fun times indeed.I have a 2 week overland trip in October and I've done alot of reading and I've got a shopping cart full of crap i want to buy. I'm trying to wait until i get it and i might change my mind on somethings but its hard playing the waiting game.![]()
