Ok campers, a no-update update.
Yesterday was my blend date so mine went down the line. Yay.
As of this morning, no tracker change, still showing build week 4/8, no link to window sticker, nothing.
So, as experienced, the tracker tends to be a bit behind in actual progress. Hopefully it’s because they’re too busy building Broncos.
None the less, I’ll be checking for my mods to pop over the next day or 2; then I’ll know it’s ready.

Don’t fret if your tracker isn’t budging, it’s not up to the minute (or day) accurate.

Same here. My blend day is this Friday so I suspect mine will sit on the line in pieces over the weekend and get finished next week. People can't wait to get out on Friday and don't want to be there on Monday. UUUGGGHHH this shoule be fun

Not to worry. Plenty of Friday builds driving around very happy!

Same no update update for me. My blend date was also yesterday and no movement on the tracker. Maybe they are so busy loading them up for shipping that they can’t be bothered with updating a stupid computer.

Mine should be blended around noonish today. 502/1005 is the place in line numbers, so I am mathsing. Only change I have seen is the address of the dealer I am working with disappeared from the tracking screen a few days ago. Not overly worried about it as the system has been reported to be buggy. I will start checking for MODS later on tonight. Way to soon perhaps, but you never know.

Does anyone know how many shifts are running per day on this line and do they work Saturday?

It would be my guess they are 24/7 operation. Not easy to just turn a production line on and off. But again, i am guessing

pretty sure it's 2 shifts per day. At least it has been in the past; 6:30-2:30 day shift and 6:30-2:30 night; or so I read somewhere here. I believe a current or former worker posted some time ago. Don't know about Sat-weekend shifts.
That's apparently at ~1000 units/day; and I believe if you're scheduled that day your build completes the assembly line that day.

At least that's what I recall. I'm not the expert in assembly here. Others may be able to correct me.

I noticed this morning when checking that my dealer information has also dropped off my tracker. Blend is tomorrow for me and no modules yet which makes sense since I am couple days behind others.

I noticed my dealer info missing I want to say on Sunday or Monday.

And mine is going down the line as I speak so if the pattern holds, I should see mods tomorrow.

I don't expect to see any movement until Monday for me since my blend is Friday. At least I know it is happening.
