Bronco Build Week 1/29/2024

Mine looks like it kinda went back and forth from the mod shop to the factory for whatever reason. Miles are up to just under 7.5 miles and it appears to finally be ready to ship out this morning. No updates on whether it has. My ETA is still pushed out in the visibility report and now VINView shows an ETA lining up with that.

Looks like the got her done at the mod shop this morning, no other updates other than I noticed on the Ford owner account login on the browser it does not show as in production anymore under the account dashboard. Pizza tracker still says "in production 2/5" though. I would speculate its ready to go out, hope to see some movement out of there or a rail car # pop up soon I would say the visibility report at the dealership will update after it gets a rail car #. So far just VinView and the Ford owner account dashboard are the most up to date and in sync. They updated right along with each other. I feel that the I as the customer got in sync updates when it was actually completed just as fast in this situation as the sales manager at the dealership would with VINView access.

Finally a railcar number!

February 17: Bronco loaded up on railcar #SFLC307213 and headed this way. My ETA has now changed to 3/3 through 3/9.

Dealership says they have had a Ford Edge built on 2/6 sitting in Wentzville since 2/12 waiting to get put on a truck and brought here. Maybe the Bronco will land in Wentzville over the weekend and get lucky on a hot ship truck ride with the Edge and I still get a 2/22 delivery on the dealerships normal Thursday truck day

Mine finally sailed out of Michigan late last night when I checked the railroad tracking phone number. Checked VINView this morning and she definitely made some tracks last night.

Looks like my Wildtrak got side tracked and pinged behind a belly dancer joint in Decatur Illinois and has been a ghost on the freight tracking system since through both VINView and automated railroad line every since.


* NS Norfolk Southern 1. Call 800-635-5768 2. Press 2. 3. Press 2. 4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. As in: TTGX will be 8849 5. Enter the numbers then press #. It wasn't taking my voice prompts but typing worked.

Mine is finally sliding into St Louis this morning

The dealership has had an Edge sitting in Wentzville for a few weeks now waiting to get put on a truck, was hoping they wouldn't move it till my Bronco got there and off the rail car, dealership just got a notification the Edge is on the way today rather than the normal Thursday delivery so my chances of the Bronco hitching a hot to ship ride with it on Thursday just went out the window. Maybe it will still get delivered Thursday and not set like that Edge did.
