Similar in that they both contain zinc.

The factory bolts are not galvanized. It's actually an Epoxy coating such as Magni-565. Galvanized/Zinc plating is a very poor corrosion inhibitor.

Sounds like a good spot for N5000 antisieze.

I’m just finishing up my halo install. I had to buy new door brackets which are door and cab, the whole unit. I only used the door brackets. If you need the body bracket shoot me a dm. I can send one and the bolt if you want. I won’t be needing them. They came black from the factory.
