So I got a Bluetti AC 180t and a multi-cooler with a Charger 1. Trying to mount the charger 1 somewhere I can run a line to the cargo area where I mounted an Anderson connector on the drivers side panel. Problem is Carger one is too thick to mount behind that panel and won't fit under the back seats (4 door badlands). Any help on where to mount it?

Good to know. Not sure if I want to do molly panels. Was thinking I might try to run it from the tray under the cargo floor.

I receive charger one today and will install with inline fuse. Any issues fitting the cable in the door track along the floor? did you lower the volts in the app to 40 for the alternator?

Been busy with work. On holiday break and off course it's pouring down rain, so haven't installed it yet but hopefully this week.

Finally got a break in the rain. Found the perfect spot behind the drivers side cargo area panel. Works like a charm. Put in an Anderson 45 port in the small removable panel. Will attach pics in a bit. Added a headless HAM radio in the glovebix area with the mountains to metal mount. Now to wire up the starling then I think most of the wiring stuff will be done. 😂

I guess this makes more sense than running the ARB socket I had in my 2021. Same effort. Better/safer results.

Why is the provided fuse on the charger side and not the battery?

Not sure about the position of the breaker but realisticly at 12v/30a using 6AWG wire I don't see an issue. The breaker should trip well before the wire has any issues.

Looks like Bluetti is about to launch Charger 2. Glad I held off buying one during T-day/Christmas sales.

Interesting.... not sure if it worth trying to figure out how to wire the solor blankets to be removable when not in use, Right now I just have 2x250W blankets with a splitter that connect to the AC180T via the solar port (easy plug in when needed unplug when not).
