I have really two issues.
When I drive by different areas in low data areas I lose Bluetooth and car play. Most of the time it comes back when I drive past these low data areas. Sometimes it does not though.
Interesting this also happens when I’m plugged in and charging I’ll lose Bluetooth and CarPlay while charging and plugged in.

second issue is happening more and more. I’ll turn on my Bronco with phone Bluetooth car play and revert thing will work but the sound through the Bronco speakers.

Only way to correct this is to turn off and turn on again with hope that it’s fixed. Sometimes it works sometimes it does not.

I’ve had my Bronco 32 months and have 44k miles 2dr badlands high pack. Summer months I’m driving no doors no top everywhere. Its awesome!

My ‘23 BD sometimes lost sound from rear speakers. Turned on off and/or did the push in on/off and fast forward buttons and it fixed itself. Happened a few times. Electronic stuff gets confused at times-like us- and needs a reboot-kick in the butt or rest, line us-to fix itself. Enjoy the 90% + of the time that things are good. 🚙🚙🚙

My blue tooth just started this on 9/7/24 after the @Ford update which caused a black screen issue as well. I'm seeing that there are lots of this update issue among lots of owners. Things have seemed to settled down the next day with all systems operating correctly. Ugh computers! Give me a carburetor and an Alpine radio any day.

Mine seems to be getting worse. I really don’t understand how I could lose CarPlay while I’m plugged in charging?

move had the front speakers not working from time time. Yes off on the engine restart solves this.
Thanks

I have a 2017 Ford truck that only has wired CarPlay. If that stopped working I'd think that was very odd. I don't know if the Bronco has a combination of wired and wireless CarPlay. It may only be wireless. (I'm not sure)

A lot of folks, including myself, rarely do a full power off and reboot of their phone. If you haven't in a while, try that.

Also make sure phone's operating system is at the latest update.

If none of that works, delete the bluetooth connection from the vehicle's system. Turn the vehicle off. Open the door. Wait a minute, restart the vehicle and establish a new bluetooth connection with your phone.

I tried something with my phone and it seems to help a bit. But still goes off.

No doors currently but could help in the future. Thank You

If it's anything like android auto, it's still using the wireless functionality even when plugged in, and the cord is only charging.

I used to get AA disconnects when I drove past cell towers. Maybe it's not the low data aspect of your location that's causing dropouts, but something in those areas creating interference. Just a guess though.

Mine was always by certain cell towers that were placed super close to the highway, one by one they stopped doing it and i no longer have the problem.
