Hello fellow Bronco owners,
I was wondering if anybody else has gotten blind spot/cross-traffic sensor fault messages? I thought it was just dirty sensors but I had the mobile oil change tech check it out. The left rear sensor module isn’t communicating with the vehicle. I’m hoping it’s just a bad sensor and not the wiring harness because I’m sure that would be a big pain in the a$$ to fix. Please let me know

Had it happen like a month ago. Apparently it’s a common problem with the harness rubbing on the bumper. Dealer warrantied it for me. Check my previous posts I believe I posted the work they did

I'm currently trying to deal with this issue. Hoping to avoid taking it to the dealership (unreliable). Other posts have reported they fixed the issue by cleaning the contacts at the plugs on the wire harness (contact cleaner followed by dielectric grease). I've done one corner so far with no change. If I could get better information about the harness wear issue (pictures) I would check that as well (so far I haven't found any pictures). I don't think it is the sensors themselves, from everything I've read hear I believe this is mainly a harness issue.

Sorry about spamming several posts. But I've had several issues with my Bronco. I've had this and multiple other issues. Recalls are created by Ford if there are complaints made through the National Highway Safety Administration. Here's the link.
