I definitely want the locker (s) to be factory, it's the only thing I wouldn't be comfortable doing myself, other than some of the lunchbox lockers, but I'd prefer "switchable". The rest I could do myself, but the BD is a perfect package albeit a bit pricy.

If the Sasquatch package is too expensive even for the Base. Im going Black Diamond but I'd like to throw a set of 285s on right at the dealer before taking her home. Id love to know if they would fit with no issues. I wouldn't see why not.
I wish someone would ask a Ford rep at these meet ups.
Actually looks wise when it comes to tires a big difference. On paper its not much of a difference. They just look fatter and fuller. Also the Black Diamond comes with 265s that are 31.6" . So its actually over and Inch difference going up to the 285s. Thats a lot.

I think fitting it on the same wheel will be fine. Im just wondering if there will be any rubbing issues? The Bronco does seem to have bigger wheel wells then most. So hopefully its ok. But then again I know the Badlands comes witg different suspension. So it should be interesting.
The diff between the Sas and either is the bumpstops. The Sas has 315 (and the 1/2", 10mm bumpstops). The diff between the BL and the BD, other than the swaybar disc is the position sensitive shocks. The BL has the 285s and the BD has the 265s. That is why I'm surmising that the 20mm will not be an issue.
But between the bump stops and most likely taller shocks if not taller at least better basically more stiff with less sag im guessing that may make a difference in being able to comfortably fir the 33"s on the Badlands with no rumbling issues. Im just thinking out loud.
That shock thing is weird. From what I could learn about "position sensitive" is that there are grooves machined out of certain areas within the shock tube. When the piston gets to those areas then the oil has more space to move and thus changes the damping force. It's a neat idea but doesn't seem to affect the ride/droop height. Obviously the best way to research the suspensions would be to get part numbers for each model and then get specs for each part.
Yeah. Getting that information on the Bilsteins may be possible but not on the in house Ford suspension right now. The problem with trying to find out if the 33"s will fit is we will be the first ones to find out. Basic the guinea pigs. Im not really looking to throw money away just to find out if they will fit or not. Im thinking they will but its still a risk to take going in blind.
Absolutely true. The good thing is we will have 30-60k miles for someone else to figure it out. Depending on how hard we drive those first set of tires.
