Besttop logo removal???

Anyone successfully remove the Bestop logo on the back of their soft top?
I have been looking at fabric paints and such to try and cover.
Not sure if anyone has a better idea.
I have one on backorder. Thinking about cancelling and just getting the Havoc Voyager because I cannot stand the stupid logo/advertisement.

There are several brands with products I would probably purchase, but their branding is always too prominent. DV8 I think is just the last I was looking at. I get why they do it, but I wonder if they have the feedback mechanism they need to determine how many sales they lose out on because of the in-your-face branding? I suspect not...

Yeah..... it's... unfortunate.

If it's done tastefully I'm okay with it, but many are not. Trailrax, in my opinion, does a decent job. They have the logo but it isn't horrific and they leave it as a customizable piece. The Bestop one actually doesn't bother me too much either, but I agree it would be better without.

But there are a bunch of companies that I just don't buy because their logo is so prominent. DV8 Offroad, Addictive Desert Designs, 4WP, etc. ADD in particular is one that pains me—I love their stuff and I would have bought it... but I hate the logo enough that I haven't.

Haven't seen it in person, but my guess is laminated.

Which means (in theory) you could de-laminate it with some heat.

I was thing the same... some heat but, I be leary. Depends on the material.

I have a black leather motorcycle seat with white dimples n a scorpion on it. Dimples had to go....

I’m not sure if this has been confirmed or denied yet, but it seems if you buy the “ford” branded Trektop (the version listed on ford’s website for example) it does not have the Bestop logo but if you buy the Trektop from Bestop or most other retailers it seems it does come with the logo. Essentially you need the “OEM” licensed one to avoid the branding which kind of makes sense I guess?

Yep that’s why I went with the Bestop version too. Don’t love the branding on it but not that big of a deal.

I was looking at them also and was turned off because of the logo. I found this on the Jeep Forum. It’s a hot topic on there also. You can use VLR remover to take the logo off. I watched some videos on YouTube on how to use it.

If you have a 2D the speaker pod bolts push on the back window on the havoc top looks bad IMO.
