Besttop / Trektop soft top - features?

I saw this video from @LiteBrite Nation about the Trektop - and I like the looks of it, and I posted a question on the video, but it doesn't look like they reply to questions ... does anyone know how the rear opens up? is it like the stock soft top that opens like a clamshell? or does the window open upwards?

If you’re talking about the rear center section…

There is a bar that runs across the rear just inside the tail gate. It sits in the brackets that come with the top and it’s real simple to pull out / reinstall. Then the sides of the rear window are a tab/channel system. Once again slide in our real easily once broken in. Then you can flip it all up for load/unload the rear cargo area.

Opens like a Jeep. Flip up not the clamshell like the OEM soft top.

The rear, and side panels slide out similar to the OEM soft top, however the top only folds back into the first position. It does not go that 2nd motion all the way down to where it's kind of bundled up in the trunk area. Which is a shame because that's the only thing keeping me from buying the Bestop.

So . . . I finally took delivery of my hour two Wildtrak order two weeks ago. I opted for the bimini and tonneau . . . one of the major delays - obviously - was because I would not switch to the soft top - I want to use the hard top for the VT winters. I just ordered the BesTop Trektop slant back but am wondering if it going to be too big a pain to go back and forth between hard and soft top each spring/fall and if I should cancel the order?? Seems like I should have done more research (!!!) and there may be new seals needed for each spring install?? Advice??

Does anyone have a BesTop soft top on a 4 door? There isn't much information about them on the website and very few pictures. I think they look great up, but I dont think they go all the way down the way the OEM's do. Would love to hear from anyone who has one.

Just ordered mine today. It was on back order yesterday. I love everything about this top. Putting it all the way in the back is not an issue at all for me. Taking the window screens off and the first position is perfect.

Question: I wonder ifthe bestop will have the same issue of the water running into the seats when you open the window. I hope not.
