Battery Failure - internally shorted

This is my last post on this subject. As you can see the dealership service professionals tire my insulation cover. I wasn't informed and they tucked it such a manner that I missed it on my cursory visual inspection before I left. I strangely not angry. It just a sad state of affairs that this lack of professional pride so commonly exists and sum what expected nowadays.

So who is the OEM battery manufacturer for our Broncos? I assume it’s Motorcraft, but could it be someone else?

Just had my factory battery replaced yesterday. From a Bronco picked up on 1/28/22 and rolled down the line on 1/13/22. I turn off auto start/stop 99% of the time. 6300 miles. Seems like there are too many of us with battery failures (in warranty, thank goodness!)

The OEM battery is an AGM battery and should last 3 to 5 years.
