Same here. Are we sure 33"s will fit on Base? Someone out here said that 32"s are max on Base.
Probably won’t know for sure until we actually get it...I’ll deal with 32s if I have to, knowing the Big Bend and BD have 32s and the same suspension as the base at least we know they’ll work...but I think a level kit will allow 33s

I plan on adding a rtt and modular front bumper, and possibly a winch and a steel bumber in the rear. That's gonna cost me at least an inch in height. Gotta add a lift kit just to get back to original.

After re-reading the post you can put 33" on the base but they said it's not recommended which basically means I wouldn't do it

To be completely literal,
Ford said that 33"s will fit, but not advisable .
I took that to mean the same as it means on an older JK Base Jeep that came on 30" tires too.
Add a leveling kit to clear the extra 1" of up travel on those 255/85R16s.

Yea like I was saying above if they don't advise it I'm probably not risking it. Dealers will probably do lifts for you before you take ownership if Ford doesn't from the factory

Every single factory Bronco will come with a hideous 1 3/4" body rake, at least, to help with Federal CAFE ratings.
The 2020 Ranger has a 2" rake.
Once you add that leveling kit to get rid of the Stink Bug stance, the 33"s will clear by a mile in the front, at least.
Too many unknown unknowns to say about the rears yet.
