I think so, looks like they finally fixed some obviously wrong B&P issues. If you keep it without SAS, its probably still the great deal it was.

My Base is $3k more on the B&P now than my original Build. Is Base still a Bargain?
I changed my options because of the increases and now I’m spending less. It’s a bargain for me.
I’m getting a base base with zero options, $29,995.

We'll have to wait for the dust to settle, if it ever does.

There are bugs with it at the moment and it's hard to say. If you stay base Base without Sasquatch and maybe 2.7 & auto, it looks fairly reasonable.

It's when you add Sasquatch that the price jumps over $8k (ouch), making it not so much a deal anymore.

I saw a 2-dr Jeep today at the ice fishing ramp that looked great. I thought that is the exact look I want for my Bronco. Went over and looked at the sidewall, 255/85/16. Not a lot of options in that size, BFG MT looks to be the best.

I think they will look great, and I doubt a lift will be required.
I like the look of a tall skinny tire, wonder how it will look on the Bronco (Base-16" Steels)

Agreed. Was looking forward to a simple basesquatch with 2.7 but not sure if I can justify the current price and also not sure if I have the gumption to go base base and slowly build aftermarket.

As mentioned, waiting for the dust to settle but not overly optimistic.

Base, auto, 2.3l, Velocity Blue or Oxford White. Really want a soft top instead of the hard top.

I was leaning heavily towards base squatch with the V6, but this new B&P changes everything. The total cost is blasted all the way up to near matching a Badlands which I’d be giving up the V6 but getting manual and front disconnect. (And tires but eh.) I have no idea what’s going on or why they’d mess with stuff on Christmas week where it’s likely employees will leave it broken over the coming long weekend. Ford has proven to be a completely incompetent organization when it comes to... well... the whole internet thing.

I’m trying to figure out what the extra is for. I get the tranny and the auto TC add 2390 to the 4995 but where does the rest come from?

With the Price Increase on Base 4 Door, it makes sense to go for Big Bend and get those extra features and opt for Dual Tops which is $1795 + Auto Tran $1595 and the Monthly payment coming to $64 more than Base.

Looks like with the recent developments my basebase 2.7L dream will now turn into a 2.3L reality. I've always said that I didn't need the 2.7, but it would be cool to have some zip...

This really killed my boner.

V6 basesquach was my jam, now I don't know what I want but the increased cost when adding the automatic transmission really messed shit up.

If this was the intended way it was to work (and I believe it was) why did they wait so long to fix it?

B&P went from giving you the 10A for free with Sasquatch, to billing you twice for the 10A.
$1595Ă—2=$3190. The SQ price increase.

It looks like Mike's Meatballs indescriminatly added the 10A up charge across the board.

The 10A went from free, to double billed across a bunch of models.
