Base Lift : KIT VS. USED SaS ?

I thought the Squatch lift was a little over an inch. It's on the forum somewhere. Plus the vehicle will raise up more going from 30" tall tires to..... 35's? And no, not a level lift.

It is around 1-1/2” but you don’t have to go to 35 you could go 33 like a non SAS Badlands

I would wonder if putting a 2.7 SaS shocks and springs on a 2.3 - would make the front end "high"

I’ll know soon. I’m putting on a set of Bilstein SAS Badlands shocks and springs off a 2.7. I wouldn’t think 100# would make much of a difference.

I would give you an answer, but seems like you don't like my answers much.

I hope that you figure it out before just becoming a "test case". My Bronco is nearly level with my upgraded springs and shocks... guess I just got lucky as a test case.

I just picked up a set of 2 door 2.7 sas shocks for our 2 door 2.3 we don't have yet, I think it will be fine but if not you can always get a level kit from Rought country for $59 and put them in the back to come up a bit if you don't like the rake. At least that's my plan at but $200 for the SAS set with stock UCA's and a set of tie rods I couldn't pass it up.

I went with sas 2.7 4 door black diamond takeoffs on my 2 door 2.3 black diamond because I added a bumper and winch (about 125lbs added) I feel if you don't have that added weight up front you might find it a little stiff and tall.

I assumed so but wasn’t sure. I have no desire to go over SAS height so hoping all that stuff is the same

But a USED SAS Shocks, Springs & the ancilary bits ? ($350-ish)

** I see alof of SaS parts for sale on here, from guys that swap for more radical setups.

Yea same here I didn’t want to go past sas height. I think everything came out perfect for me. No issues so far
