Aux door removal ?

Does anyone know how to remove the aux plug doors/covers? I will have have the outlets used 99% of the time. If they can be removed relatively easy without a bunch of dash/trim removal I will. If not I will
Just cut them off.

I don’t think there is an easy way to remove the cover without breaking it off. The cover is part of the trim that holds the outlet in there.
