Auto Start Stop Not Stopping

I have noticed that it has been weeks since my ASS system has stopped my engine and I have no idea why. I’m hardly complaining because this is the best thing that has happened to my bronco, but I’m wondering if this could be indicative of another issue. Here is what the manual says and from what I can tell none of this is true. Could any of these reasons be causing this and difficult for me to notice?

My F-150 has this and you there is a screen where it will tell you why it didn’t stop. Since I don’t have my Bronco yet I’m not sure how to find it but I’m guessing it’s there somewhere

Do you have to dig into the menu system to find this?

I started a thread about this a few weeks ago and didn't get much traction because I'm the only person in the world that likes ASS. One thing I found is that anytime the HVAC wasn't in auto ASS would be disabled.

Okay. I will try messing with the HVAC system after looking for the screen that may exist which says why the engine isn’t being stopped.

On my F-150 if I am on the trip meter screen I just press the up arrow once and it will say why it’s not stopped or it will say normal running condition or something like that.

Interesting. I had to ForScan mine to do that. It's not a defect, it's a feature. Haha! Have you cycled through the goat modes to try to reset it?

Related to the last point, wonder if it is tied into defrost mode on the HVAC?

I’ve noticed turning the HVAC completely off triggers shutdowns at idle. The system can be on heat or AC for this to occur.

There is no such ASS info screen on my Bronco like my wife’s F150 has. I never disable my ASS, and my ASS hardly ever activates. My wife’s ASS activates more often and is more noticeable when it does. I have not spent any time looking into why our ASSes are so different. No complaints here I like my ASS the way it is.
