Curious about Zion wheels details, I see weight from post 1 is mid twenties and offset is 0

Any chance there will be more offset options?
firm number on weight yet?
as far as colour options is there a prismatic powder colour that matches up to MIC hardtop colour?

Zion’s weight is 23.5 lbs. Different offsets are available, with zero being standard. As far as color goes, I’m almost sure that Prismatic has a powdercoat that’s very close, but I would suggest ordering the swatches from Prismatic and indicating your desired SKU to us.

SEMA ‘23 photo dump. It was fun and it was a ton of work and very long days. It was amazing to meet so many of you for the first time and for several it’s a regular occurrence! Austin’s Bronco was mobbed the entire week, as was the RS America. The wheels were a big hit!

I think the next show we’ll attend is Overland Expo in June. We plan to have our Bronco, Gladiator, and DEFENDER there in all of their overland glory.

We’re T-Minus a couple days from finally starting the machining of the off road bead lock wheels. It’s been quite the uphill climb to get all of the tooling purchased. So much stuff was back ordered or long lead. And that was just to her to the point of machining the work holdings.

We’ll be machining the first ZION wheel very soon! We’re using that wheel to prove out the programming, since it has the most features and a lot of the other wheels are a down rev of the ZION design. Once that’s done, we’ll be cranking out orders. Each wheel is estimated to take roughly 4.5 hours to machine. I can’t wait to get started!

After hours and hours of programming, machining workholding, and validating, the first full production ZION is complete. Currently, run time is 4.5 hours per wheel. We can produce three per day. I’m sure we will find some efficiencies.

It’s crazy to think we’ve gone from BAM dash rails to the STIRRUP to this! Huge THANK YOU to all of you forum members for the support over the years (time flies!) and to everyone that has been involved, I hope you enjoyed the ride!

As is with many boutique brands, but him saying the cost will surprise us in a good way is what has me curious.

$940.00 all in per wheel. Any color of your choosing. USA sourced billets and machined in house. IMO, that's very competitive.
