It looks like they're not interested in being First To Market with this. Both were tagged in this thread from the beginning. And one of them even engaged in the discussion briefly. I think they're both waiting for a someone else to invest in it and prove there's a market for it before they come in with a cheap knock-off LOL.
Yeah, I hear ya... should be easy, add the cap with bottom seal, new hardware, replacement seal for bottom of MIC and install. Just wonder what's caps are close, add some heat and form fit it..It looks like they're not interested in being First To Market with this. Both were tagged in this thread from the beginning. @HeHateMe answering you here rather than cluttering up the speaker pod thread LOL.Those have been available! By many brands... Mabett just now being one of them recently though I can't find his product.
Here's one similar... Is this what you mean?
Unfortunately for the real bronco no...@HeHateMe answering you here rather than cluttering up the speaker pod thread LOL.
I had not seen those yet, thanks for the link. Those are close, but not quite what I meant. I don't want the exterior surface to mimic the ugly shape of the actual top of the bed rail like a skin. I want it to have a more "finished" look like a bed rail cap for pickups. Also it looks like the one in your link is for station wagons only, I need it for the real BroncoGot any other links to the "many brands" offering something similar? Amazon search didn't turn them up for me.
IAG has some rubber tub covers for the 4 for bronco.Unfortunately for the real bronco no...![]()
Or not that I know of...
And the brands of this product are like what you find a lot on Amazon, the same products rebranded, so unfortunately they are all the same...![]()
Sorry! I tried though!![]()

The many brands are indeed all made by a manufacturer in China that uses the same mold. It’s called an open source mold and Maybett is one company that uses open source molds. The manufacturer owns the mold and can sell to many different companies that then rebrand it. Even the IAG I series line is open sourced, but it’s backed up by great service and good folks living and working with in the great USA. IAG does have other products, non I series made in house in the USA.Unfortunately for the real bronco no...

Ha Ha.Yeah, same ones I posted, just marked up maybe?
But they are 4 door and he's looking for 2 door... Ya know, the real Bronco...
And thanks @22OBX... Good info.
Same open source mold part as the IAG @GoochieSmoochie posted . One you pay more for great service and US based. Who knows were the money goes for the ones on Amazon.
I'm all about buying American made for the quality and pride of work. I'm a union sheet metal worker, I get your point and would agree if it was made here. But I get up every morning put on my boots and work hard to earn my money. Sitting back and riding someone's coattails with a huge markup doesn't sit well with me. Nothing to be proud of there. I'm going to go with the best deal I can find ($36) and I will have more money in my pocket to spend on something else actually made in the US.Same open source mold part as the IAG @GoochieSmoochie posted . I cut that piece twice and it's STILL too short...Ha Ha.. Curious if you could trim off the end closest to back seat and have it fit a two door.
