I had the same issue with OEM blades. Switched to Trico premium ceramic and no wiper judder since.

Sometimes can happen with rainex or wax

Try cleaning your windshield. You can degrease with isopropyl alcohol

Also wipe down the blades

There are Brand new icons so surprised me.

I did apply rain x a month ago. I figured it would make it better. I’ll take it off and see if it helps.

I love rain x. But it can be one of the issues while the rain x is fresh.

If it were me, I'd try another coat of rainx first

My one thought is, whatever way you go, don't do it to the entire windshield. I'd probably either clean one side, or apply rainx to 1 side and then try it with windshield wet before spending my time doing something to the entire shield. But I'm pretty lazy, or efficient as I like to say.
Id see what works before going whole hog on it

Super Clean your windows.

1 Use 0000 steel wool No it will not hurt the glass I promise
2 Use Rain X concentrate on a blue Scott towel and wipe it on in a circular motion
3 Let it dry for a few minutes
4 Repeat step 2
5 Let it dry again
6 Use a damp blue Scott towel and wipe either across or up and down to remove Rain X
7 Use Micro Fiber towel and buff it

I do all my windows like this including the side mirrors

For the inside
1 Grab windshield washer fluid
2 Grab a blue Scott towel and wet it with the windshield fluid
3 Wipe the windows in the other direction If you did up and down on the out side go side to side on the inside
4 Look for streaks. f you did two different direction one for the outside and the other for the inside it should be pretty easy to figure out which side of the glass it is on.

Reason for windshield washer fluid is because it drys fast and will not harm tint.

Use the blue Scott towel that was use with the Rain X on it to wipe the wiper blades.

I do this when ever I see the rain not beading up on the windshield. Every few months.

Give it a try

Try using dawn dishsoap or rubbing alcohol and clean the rubber on the blades. The cause is either wax on the windshield or the blades are dirty.
