Sorry I never updated. They had to replace the whole T-case. It was damaged when installed or something. Dealer said that he could tell it wasn't damaged after install as the crack was on top of the T-case.

This is the reason why I haven't put my skid plates on yet... Wondering how many miles I have to go before I'm clear... Personally I said 5,000 mi as my goal before I put skids on and take her off road.

Hopefully any assembly issues would have come up by then.

Is that why so many people get banned? Never could figure that out. I go through some banned users posts and can't see anything wrong.

Yeah it's been a few months now. Talking politics will get you instantly banned... I've seen people banned, threads locked that I've read and don't see any reason, and all sorts of big brother stuff.

This site is the one and only real resource for new Bronco owners, so I just try to be careful what you say, don't start arguments with any other members on the board. It's just not worth it.

, took about 2 weeks, they also broke drive shaft bolts removing it which I think slowed them down

My rig is at the dealership for this same issue right now. Been there for a week. I think it’s just a seal, we’ll see.
