In this age of working from home, does anyone feel that he/she isn't driving his/her Bronco enough to warrant ownership?

I work from home, play a lot of golf on the weekends and thus far, haven't driven it that much (after 2 months it has 1600 miles on it, but 1000 was in a 3 day stretch to the beach). I love everything about this thing but am not using it enough and it leaves me feeling somewhat guilty.

It's not WHEN you use it,...It's HOW you use it. It's an adventure machine not a commuter unit.

I have the opposite guilt. We've had it almost 12 months now and we've put 20,000 miles on it. And it's not my daily driver. It's our weekend adventure vehicle!

Life is about living, not trying to justify everything you do. I don’t work from home but I also don’t drive my Bronco to work. I drive it when I want to. That’s reason enough to have it.

I don't put many miles on my vehicles because I split the miles between them. 8 months and 5k miles on the Bronco and it's Been getting driven every day. I live 1.5 miles from work so super short commute.

For example, my other vehicles.
2011 ford f150 85k miles
2005 Chrysler 300c awd 76k miles
2002 ford Excursion 4x4 150k miles
1997 ford f150 4x4 115k miles

I typically drive about 800-1k miles a month.

I got mine last December and just about to hit 5000 miles. It’s our weekend fun vehicle and I don’t feel the least bit guilty. ENJOY YOUR BRONCO!

Same here! 6 months and 13k km. I have another steed, but it is always the Bronco keys I grab.

I've put less than 2,000 miles on our Bronco since April 4th when we picked it up. I never intended it to be a daily driving work vehicle, I think driving it to work all the time would take the fun away - where I live at least. It's our weekend fun ride and our road trip/vacation vehicle. Every weekend when we lower the top and try to find adventures, it's as if it's the first time we've driven it. No matter how much, or how little your drive your Bronco, enjoy it!. These things are just so freaking fun!

All depends on lifestyle. I work close to home so mine wont get many to and from work miles. My 2013 Focus only has 49K miles. I have always had multiple vehicles, mostly to just drive something different every day. But also I simply don't do a lot of driving. My Montero has less than 20K since I bought it 4 years ago and one of my motorcycles is is 13 years old with less than 7K on it. I fully expect my Bronco (if I ever get one) will hit the warranty expiration due to year rather than mileage. I think after 3 years my focus had less than 20K if I recall correctly, but that was a long while ago so I don't exactly remember the actual mileage. But also I never buy anything worrying about resale value (because Fords never hold any value, in general). That being said, I DO hope to have the opportunity get get out on more adventures in my Bronco than I have in my Montero. But that's yet to be determined.

I don't work at home, my Bronco is my daily driver and I love every minute I am in it! Living and working in rural Vermont is a perk to the drive though and many times I take the longer dirt backroads for a little more adventure.
