Before mine came in there were so few options and most were about 20% of the cost of the Bronco, so real hard to justify the expense (no one is buying the Standard Bumper to offset some of the cost). It looks like the market is loosening up some and offering more options.

On the other hand - put a few constraints (must work with Parking Sensors & Camera, accommodate ACC, have License Plate mounts, etc.) and the options diminish significantly.

As someone who just designed both front and rear bumpers for the Bronco I can tell you why the rears cost a little more. They are more complex to design and build. Our bumpers are purposely quite similar in design front and rear, but because of the shape of the rear door and how the mounting works, it's simply harder to design and build. I managed to keep the SFR bumper tight enough to the tailgate that no notch was needed for the spare, but if that were there it would increase the cost and time to fabricate even more.

Since you asked though, we'll have these available soon. Not gonna be in your price range, but I highly doubt you'll find anything that is quality and made in the US for the stated budget.

I am interested in this- I see it works with the hitch receiver but does it allow for the OEM 4-/7-pin plugs as well? (They don't seem to be present on your website pics)

@StinkBug - your design resolves a lot of qualms I have with everything else on the market. Nicely done. I look forward to more photos. Especially from the side. Is there enough of a ledge to use as a step? I stand on my bumper often.

I went with the DV8 FS-15, but got a smoking deal at $775.

If I were to do it again, I’d go with the new Turn Off-road. They have a tubular for $699 and one very similar to the DV8 for $750:

I personally dislike license plates hanging from the spare. So, I went with DV8 relocation bracket, but that needed some customization IMO:

The OEM plugs hang entirely below the bumper. There should be no issue with them. Since this has been asked so many times I've got an oem hitch coming so i can take actual pics.

With the door open there's a good step, but with it closed not so much. It was purposely designed to be as tight to the body as possible.

I don't like the plate on the spare either, which is why our bracket goes on the door. Ours has a rubber bumper as well, but it's aligned with the Ford emblem, not the paint.
