I don't know why anyone would still hold out at this point. The fact they've done this before under a different company name, been stringing you along like the suckers you are making promise after promise and breaking them one after the other. I guess some people just get their jollies from being done wrong. Anybody who hasn't pulled out of this fiasco by now deserves what you get.

Perhaps true, but I suspect that those are still hanging on, are essentially telling adv "come at me bro" and forcing them to produce a product no matter what. From a consumer standpoint, I can see the value in that even if it feels like futility from the outside.

We present to you the first ADV Modular production unit, VERY exciting! We can certainty say that we are beyond impressed and happy with the finished production unit. We are DEFINITELY giving Ford a run for their money. (Bwaa hahahaha!!!! in what??? delays and broken promises?? The Bronco curse.)
Production is moving along VERY quickly ever since we tested, validated, and approved the prototype for production.



EDIT, I had to correct my math/gold price for today. Gold was 2269 not 2000 something today , greatly increasing the yield.

Unfortunately batch 1 and 2 is complete fluff created to string consumers along. Folks, they will continue to fabricate the status of these orders until they cannot.

@ADV Fiberglass literally used a fake warehouse green screen background in the previous two videos. Why is that?

@ADV Fiberglass claimed to have spent millions on tooling yet referenced a video from an overseas manufacture.

@ADV Fiberglass hasn’t delivered on a single promise for this hardtop.

@ADV Fiberglass operated as Glassworks Unlimited and rebranded, go checkout the reviews.

Above all else, @ADV Fiberglass hasn’t come on this forum to defend any of these statements.

Consumers are getting scammed, time to get the AG involved.

Taken in totality, it is highly suspicious. That, and recently in this thread someone posted what looked like ADV warming the engines on a rebrand of some kind - Glassworks Unlimited 3.0, maybe?

There is simply no way ADV is this unlucky. It is starting to stink of a different odor.

Somebody posted up a good link for legal info regarding this type of stuff.
There have been laws broken, pretty certain on that.
Basically , if an item is paid for, they MUST ship it in X# of days , at least as I read it.
However, (In my opinion...) the fact that full refunds have been offered and paid out makes any remaining holdouts case very weak. Hold outs are essentially agreeing to remain with ADV despite all the delays.

Now, once the refund train gets derailed and they can't come up with the money .... whole new ball game there.

Actually, there are several vendors on this site whose delays in shipping a paid for item puts them in violation of these laws ... but as long as that full refund option exists , again my opinion, there is no solid basis for a lawsuit.

Very good points, all.

However, if they are not acting in good faith, it's a much different discussion and seems to amount to fraud.

I have finally been told by my local shop that my Anderson Composites top is ready to ship…as of last night. So maybe next week I’ll have my white Anderson Composites hard top…only 11 months after order.

Happy for you man. Please post pics and initial impressions when you can. I’m currently waiting on the same white top from both AC and Tor and may go with who can deliver first.

118 pages of a product that doesn't exist. Not much else to say besides get your money back now before it's too late and let's end this thread. This is well beyond taking peoples money to fund product development and manufacturing.

FYI, 181 pages, not 118. Plenty left to say and do, folks are getting scammed, why would we end this thread? Where else is there an active discussion on this fiasco? Heck, folks have reached out to me on IG just to say “thanks” for helping expose these folks.

Correct 181. At this point everyone has been warned. After 181 pages pay at your own risk. Enough said in 181 pages to get the message. If you want to pay and wait for the great then go ahead.
