ADV Production Modular Hardtop!

I'd want to know everything at this point. It's almost worth a plane ticket to come to the shop with a list of questions and push back on them until truthful, detailed answers are given.

1. Where is this plant? Who is your manufacturer? Have you used them in the past?
2. Why were the timelines missed AGAIN? Why were you confident enough to tell all of us that they would start shipping in Jan/Feb in this video and tracker release?
3. If the rubber and head liner have to be installed by the user, what's the hold up this time?

I know they haven't delivered diddly squat, so now it's about the WHY, Because I stopped trusting the "when" lonnnng ago.

The only responses to those questions are going to be "Do you want a refund, or do you want to continue waiting?"
I am seeing more and more of their advertising elsewhere, so I'm sure they are bringing in more people all the time, and as some people have said, they delete all negative comments - less than 10% of comments are available to view, so I'm sure those are the deleted ones.

Has ANYONE ACTUALLY RECEIVED their product?
I pinged Adv asking if I had been receiving incorrect information as it hadn’t changed in 6 weeks.

How many hardtops have you actually delivered since providing the ‘detailed’ updates every 2 weeks?

Their responses are always good at stringing people along, giving them a glimmer of hope. I was in that position for almost a year, and would always feel a bit better hearing that. However, it gets to a point where it’s like the boy who cried wolf, you you don’t believe them anymore.

I’m so glad I got a refund and went with another option that’s on the market and shipping hard tops. It wasn’t easy to make that decision, but I felt so much better after I did.

I was thinking more along the lines of a small three episode docuseries put out by the actual tv show American Greed on cnbc. Each episode features a case different case white collar crime. Of course ADV deserves three episodes though.
Episode 1: We were the first to do it.
Episode 2: We didn’t exactly say, “Made in the USA”
Episode 3: Just waiting on the rubber, hope is in the air.
