Anyone get a shipping notification? Or is this still vaporware?
It would be hard to send out a big fat zero every weekit would be absolutely amazing if they documented how many tops they delivered each week.
can someone post a pic of these covers? Will this also be an issue on the andersonyour absolutely correct about first removing the plastic covers and then having to reattach the 3 bolts per side.
this update idea is all a joke. you will get an email showing you are "in production" for weeks. when completed with production, you then have to wait until they have enough "completed" parts to fill a container and then get it to the port and ship.. more smoke and mirrors.Presumably the red highlights are complete. Yet they released the video and it is still in production? And they are still being produced so they are still in China?
He's probably making more off youtube than he did by putting our deposits into NVDAYou guys missed it. They don’t appear to deliver many tops. But keep putting out FB/YT videos. I added that line in there where delivery gets held up.
Following this thread as I might need to replace my soft top in 5 years or so…Anyone get a shipping notification? Or is this still vaporware?
At ADV's pace, owners will be trading in their used Bronco with their new-ish ADV top.Following this thread as I might need to replace my soft top in 5 years or so…

If you're selling your soft top, this piece must be removed as the new owner will need it to install his or her soft top. Re-install the bolts on your Bronco though after removing the plastic trim piece.can someone post a pic of these covers? Will this also be an issue on the anderson
If i am swapping tops 2x a year (using the soft top from May - October) I assume I can leave in place and just put my HT on? or does it need to come off and on with the top swap?If you're selling your soft top, this piece must be removed as the new owner will need it to install his or her soft top. Depends on if there's room - It may stick out ever so slightly from the pillar itself (can't recall - Don't have them anymore as I sold my soft top). It likely depends on the top and how much clearance there is. Each hard top option out there will be built a little differently. If i am swapping tops 2x a year (using the soft top from May - October) I assume I can leave in place and just put my HT on? or does it need to come off and on with the top swap?
I wouldn’t buy something like this without purchasing a spare. Fiberglass can be fixed. Glass can be cut. Rubber from a mold is another story.I had thought about that . There has to be some that have moved on since ordering a top from ADV .
I sent them a email asking if the seals would be available for sale separately so if one gets damaged . Got the same response as all other communication……we are working on that
. But I also put in a no-deposit order with BMC Extreme Customers for an Anderson white top with an ETA of September as a backup. Their timetables have been pretty consistent, so at least I'm confident I'll have my top by autumn at worst. And who knows, Armadillo is designing tops just up the road from me and they might have theirs delivering soon, too.
Just a little "devils advocate" from my experience with Anderson so far. TBH they haven't been much better than ADV. I personally like the appearance of their top better, which is why I ordered it.I’m in the same boat as you. My Anderson white hardtop has an ETA of April and I should be among the first to receive a white hardtop from Turn around the same time.
this reminds me of those entertainment centers you used to buy at Walmart. The cams you had to quarter turn, the glass you had to align etc. they never really looked quite like the photo on the box...I guess everyone will be able to say their top is uniqueHi all, we are sending out an email to our customers shortly. We hear you loud and clear wanting more communication. We will be sending updates every 7-10 business days so that you know exactly what stage your hardtop is in (only to customers via email). Any questions at all, do not hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. We are working day and night to get caught up on orders and appreciate everyones continued support and patience. Have a fantastic night and weekend!
We are making great progress every single day!

That is not great but at least AC has delivered some tops. If everything goes well you should have a top in less than a year which is way better than the ADV pay in full 2/22, estimate deliveries starting 8/22 and boldly lie to customers every month or two since then.Just a little "devils advocate" from my experience with Anderson so far. I have a "Textured White" top on order...since May 2023!
