The message quoted above was in regards to HOWL campfires.

I guess this message is a parity of how ADV has handled their Hardtop rollout.

Looking at the only hardtop out there, the one that went to the TCCustom guy, he has pics of the top, and it had it seemed it had no liner, or it looks like a spray as others have said. Looking at these pictures here, it looks as if it is a fine carpet maybe? Continuous laid down? Or maybe its a spray like the liner in bed trucks. hard to tell.

I think, IMO, that Anderson has one of the better liners so far. I am hoping that the liner for my Armadillo top comes out nice. I should be getting pics of it soon.

I recognized their communication style. I had been following them for the year prior while they were developing it. Then at launch, the pricing was released and I quickly checked out. Very cool product - but not $1200 for a campfire cool. I'm obviously not their target customer.

Proper communication.

Mistakes happen, but they were open about it, doing everything they can to resolve it, open communication, and still looks like they'll satisfy the Christmas deadline. Well done to them!

Hey ADV has been quick to respond to customers that have left negative reviews about their hard top orders on Google reviews.

I just read thru some of ADV’s responses to those negative Google reviews and good lord they are in complete denial over why people are upset. ADV, in every response, states that the only reason for the 1-star review is because of a failure by their suppliers - and if their suppliers had delivered on time there would be no 1-star review. Prospective customers, however, are criticizing ADV for their poor communication, month-to-month string along strategy, and avoidance of any responsibility for the delays. The concerns over the actual delays are secondary compared to ADV’s communication strategy.

the 30 day window for ADV to report an update is rapidly approaching soooo do they give us Christmas announcement (which would be wonderful ) or do they hold tight and send us a new years eve gift

I'm with you on that one. Just looks like a stitched pad barely velcro'd to the ceiling leaking sound and heat into the cabin.

Maybe, maybe not. I would guess someone who has the top would chime in, but the ADV top, even the one that is out to TCCustoms has NO sound or installation. So I would say it is hard to tell what they will have for their installation.

That is of course if tops ever gets to people to begin with.

You‘re in luck because @ADV Fiberglass posted on Page 2 (11/1/22) that they will be posting pictures of the headliner in a couple of weeks!!!
