Makes sense. Ford has the stuff to do it right and should have spent a few extra $$ to make it right like the other tops on SUV vehicles..

Adv has a dynamite design. They hopefully after almost 2 yrs are over the hump and deliveries should start "SOON".
Another company is starting behind the 8 ball.
Could it happen, yes. But I wouldn't invest in it.
AC has a nice top albeit the same as fords and not a 1 piece.
Company in Florida had an absolutely gorgeous 1 piece all fiberglass, 10k. The back didn't open. They dropped their price to 6k.
That's the last I heard about them.

This has been the discussion since the MIC 1.0 debacle back in the summer/fall of 2021.
No takers thus far and this ADV top is proving to be pre-paid "Vaporware".
Disclaimer: I have no skin in this game , other than a shit 2dr hardtop.
I know if I was working on a top for Bronco I would have a fleet out in beta right now quietly

Why do you say the AC hard top is the same as Ford’s? The AC is a fiberglass design while the Ford OEM is cardboard wrapped in plastic. I think the AC design is far superior.

How did a thread about an ADV top turn into an AC top thread? 
Adding myself to the fleet of people waiting on their ADV top to be delivered. Ordered mine May of 2022.

That top is different and takes the approach of a portal opening. I think their tops might really work well. I have seen some videos of ACTUAL customers having it, and on the test with BroncoBuster, he actually rolled his Bronco with it on. I would have to say the top help saved him from more damage and some harm.
There is a person here in S. FL who will have this top, so I hope to see it in person. As of now, if I was to buy a hard top, this would be my choice.
As obsessive as I've been about all things Bronco, having waited for my vehicle for three years, I cannot believe I was not aware of this company until recently. And I'm even more amazed that the manufacturing facility is just an hour away from me in Texas, so I've asked them some questions and plan to visit their facility when they have product available, which they told me today would be Nov-Dec.
I know ADV is offering a refund - has anyone actually gotten one successfully? I don't want to get my hopes up only to find that my deposit is unavailable.
I'll post pics/video if and when I can get out to Bellville, Texas.

I’ve looked at these online myself, and was intrigued, but I preferred the look of the ADV prototypes.
But now, given what my ADV top currently looks like, I’m curious to see one of these in person. They’re about 200 miles from me though…
Yes, I got my refund in a timely manner last March 2023 after waiting 13 months for nothing. Since I paid by CC and time to refund by CC has lapsed, they will have to do a wire transfer to your bank account.
