Ive been watching this since ADV's initial development announcements and have always felt good about this company. I didn't really want to spend that much money... but after seeing the FORD OEM in person, looking at the competition, then seeing the ADV videos with the comparisons, and now knowing that the 3rd Party comparison in their video is that of the Anderson Composites... to me there is absolutely no comparison and ADV's appears to be amazing....

I called them up today, spoke to them and made the purchase. They told me that I can add the headliner later if I wanted and install myself. I wasn't ready to spend the extra ~$900 at this time.
Im sure going from my factory Soft Top to this will be a huge difference anyway.

They were VERY confident that even new orders will ship in November. Ive put my trust in them and Im comfortable with my decision. Thanks @ADV Fiberglass for the work that you've done so far to make these hard tops the best on the market.

So does this mean shipping for ALL orders has now jumped to November?
If so, we've gone from "late August" to November in just a matter of days...

She specifically said "All new orders" will ship in November. So hopefully the prior orders are when they told you. Fingers crossed.

I know there's a pick-up option, and shipping will depend on location..... but, will anyone share their shipping costs? Don't think I could see it without first entering cc information.

Over $800 to Houston, but there is a pick-up option, and they will install for $500 (as long as your previous top is already removed, otherwise $750). For me that's worth a road trip through the desert, especially if that ends being fall instead of summer like I previously planned.

I’m done with them. Got my refund 5 months ago. Enjoying my AC top for the last 3 months. No regrets. If I need a new top in the future, I hope ADV will be readily available by then.

Noticed I had a roughly 90 second voice message on my phone earlier today.
Popped in my headphones and started playing the message..
"Hello, this is (some name) from Advanced..."
At this point my heart temporarily stopped and I blacked out for a minute.
When I came to, I restarted the message.
Turned out it was just some telemarketer/scammer with Advanced Financial something or other...

I have John on my cellphone list, so whenever the day comes that they do call I will literally drop everything and try to calm down.

I suspect though that the notification will probably be via an email or text so that the shipping data is documented. In my case I have to provide them with payment information for the difference in shipping to a residential location (my house) instead of commercial site ( my dealer )which was my original plan.
I am not expecting anything until after the install video drops.
if the liner video is "a couple of weeks" away --- and I truly I hope that's a true 2 weeks away , then the install video should be at least two weeks away . My call then should be at least 3 weeks away , the shipment should (with 1 week or 10 days delivery time to Norwalk CT) -- Be arriving in late Sept. That's my optimistic projection.
My last optimistic projection was end of may. That was based on the ADV notice that the rubber had arrived and it was gonna be "all hands on deck" for final assembly.-- we all know how that turned out.

The headlner, soundproofing is nor the key video.
When the install video hits. Then shipments are around the corner.
