So, if I really love using the ACC in my F-150, will I be frustrated with this feature on the 7-speed manual? I assume it works well at freeway speeds, but is it worthless in stop and go traffic since I will have to shift gears as the speeds go up and down? Thanks!

Bronco's Adaptive Cruise Control does not include the stop-and-go feature from the factory. It can be turned on with some software mods (just be aware of the warranty/service gotchas if you go down that route).

But mods aside... if you are sticking with the factory configuration, you won't have stop-and-go, and ACC will automatically turn off below a certain speed.

In terms of the manual with ACC... it's actually not bad. You can shift up/down on the fly. Admittedly it's a little clunky, but not so clunky that it would make me avoid the manual transmission.
