So when we were setting up Fordpass originally we put my wife's email as the contact email. I tried to switch to mine and now I get the activation pending message. Problem is that she's never had Fordpass. We tried installing the app on her device to get her to ok the email switch but she didn't get a notification. Tried doing the email switch again but now Fordpass isn't responding. Who or what confirms Fordpass activation requests? Thanks.
