Is a Bronco II a Bronco? Bronco II rules should apply to the Bronco Sport
Yes it is. Bronco II has more in common with a Bronco than a Bronco Sport.

I changed mine to a 2 door as the wife just got a 4 door jeep. I personally think both look good lifted. The 2 door in my opinion will be better in the tight trails which I will spend most of my time. I will miss the room I will be losing but we will just take her jeep or both if needed.

Can’t we all just get along?
I thought we did. You're the one writing a post complaining about 36% of bronco buyers and trash-talking one of the body styles. For what it's work I think the 4 door looks really great with roof off and all squatched up.

This is fun. When do we get to yell at each other about Squatch vs Non-squatch, Trim level, and the juicy vein of color choice.

The fact that we are even having this discussion is stupid. The 2dr and 4d serve different wants/needs. Buy what you like, and what is best for you.
Ignore what the trolls here think is cool or not.

Before placing too much stock in other's opinion - Remember, there are people here who actually like Cyber Orange

Seriously, you guys are becoming the vegetarians of the Bronco buffet. 😀

We already know the 2D looks best (just like the 2D version of pretty much every vehicle that’s ever existed). You don’t have to tell us this. Yet we still have perfectly-rational reasons for choosing the 4D:

We have family members we want/need to haul around and they are actual humans.

That 5th seat is 25% more seats = 25% more fun.

We want to take our adult friends for a ride in our Bronco without their having to contortionist their way into the back like common savages. Because we respect their dignity.

We want to carry more than 2 cans of Pringles in the cargo area while hauling rear-seat passengers.

We’re taller than 3’10” and may want to sleep in the thing sometimes.

We want to be able to haul gear into the great outdoors without packing light like it’s a 50-mile backpack excursion. (“I TOLD YOU STEVE, FREEZE-DRIED FOOD ONLY!!!”)

More flexible roof panels. (Your 2D rear passengers basically just get a common sunroof. “Gunner Hatch” isn’t fooling anyone.)

Longer roof rails. (EDITOR: DEBUNKED!)

Etc.

Can’t we all just get along?

Remember, two is great. But four is more.

😀👍
just a Troll :cautious:

I thought a mall crawler referred to something jacked up but never sees dirt, not specifically the number of doors.

also, I kinda thought Ford would make the rear section of the two door a little bigger like the old full size Broncos and am worried about carpooling with a two door now.

50/50 riding this Res out, or canceling, selling my current daily and buying a 2021 Hyundai Venue and focusing on retiring early
Guaranteed 75-80% of the Broncos will be mall crawlers. There will be as many posers in Broncos as there are in Jeeps. That's why Sasquatch is so popular and why most will never use it.

In the future all 4x4s will be called Broncos, and all cars will be Mustangs. This way no one is left out. One big happy family.

I think they both look great, neither "better" than the other IMO.

I'm going 4dr because I just carry to much shit with me and haul people sometimes. I've ran out of space way more times then I complained I had too much space (never).

Owning large SUV's and Crew Cab trucks I just couldn't go 2dr. Anyway you shake it, how ever we spec our Bronco we'll all have a badass vehicle!

A friendly reminder to all 2dr buyers, which I am one. Be thankful every day for the 4dr Bronco buyers. Without that market, there is no way Ford relaunches the Bronco.
I've used similar logic since forever any time people gripe about V6 and 4-banger Camaros, Mustangs, Challengers, etc. Without those base models you don't have your V8-powered SS, GT, SRTs, etc. It's been that way since at least the 60s where the lower trims make up at least half of your yearly sales so they can afford to develop the more exciting models.

The Wrangler and Bronco may not be around at all today if they'd not shifted to market trends and offered a 4-door. I was actually surprised the JL and Bronco did go ahead and have a 2-door option.

More is just more but two is great, lol. Two door all day ery day for me. I think I'm even going to take the back seat out. I folded the rear seats flat in my Cherokee over two years ago and never put them back up. My "friends" can buy their own damn Bronco. I only have one souse. I only need one extra seat :). I wonder if I can attach a baby seat safely without the back seat? My next two door vehicle after this, I'm dreaming of, a Porsche. Maybe 2030. Sounds like you need an RV with a tow package.

Kinda funny, it's like telling the manual tranny crowd on the Corvette forum that you have an automatic. o_O
