Called CSX tracker and it said the rail car was emptied and released by customer. I don’t know exactly what that means but my dealer isn’t tracking it coming to the dealership. He actually says it still shows in Michigan, but I got the rail car information from Ford.

I have a similar situation. Ford gave me railcar 8 days ago. I tracked it until it showed “constructively placed” at destination, went on Ford Chat and they gave me the same rail car number but also told me location showed on the ramp in Michigan.

That’s what the tracker was telling me yesterday and then today around 9:30 is when it changed to that status. Ford and my dealership still says it’s shows in Michigan at the ramp also on their tracker.
Bronco made it to Memphis Friday... Which is about 80 miles away from me... I know there is another one for the dealer there as well. I talked to the dealer and he said that as soon as they get a truck load they'll bring them over. He said they was waiting on a couple.

mine is still waiting for shipment also, convoy, also only going to Southfield MI, the wait is making me nervous its been "produced" since 8-30 and was expected to be delivered by 9-8, so hope this week??

Chat is saying my order should be completed this week. Which is completely different than what dealer and chat have relayed to me in the past suggesting that it had already been built. Don't know who to believe. Nothing to do but just wait and see when it will make it to my dealership. Fingers crossed... again.

I haven't spoke with ford chat recently. I just tracked it daily through CSX via their automated phone tracking.
Arrived on Saturday at 10am.
Here is the sad obsessive part. I even used google maps satellite view to zoom in on the holding yard in Lawrenceville, GA and I swear I see my Green Soft top in the crowd.
To add insult to injury... I checked my dealers website and four "Dealer Ordered" Big Bend's with soft tops were just added to their new vehicle inventory and are listed as "in transit". I wish that Ford prioritized shipping the custom orders over dealer ordered inventory. Sigh.

I got lucky. Was stuck in “awaiting shipment” for 7 days and it was delivered on day 8. Order track and the ford tracker never updated until after I took delivery.
From what I understand, calling every Monday, Wednesday and Friday when the updates release, the tracker doesn‘t show a step complete until the next step is in process. Mine has been in production stage and will not show a check mark in built until it’s physically on the convoy truck to travel the 30 miles to my dealership. it’s been off of them line since early august. I placed my order may of 2021. Fortunately I have price lock and I end up getting a ‘22 plus I have employee pricing. I keep getting delivery dates bumped. Frustrating.
I feel your pain. Ford stopped telling me new delivery windows at day 18.
