Did they tell you the program number or just tell you the certificate number? It should be associated with a program number. For instance the MY transition PO is program 38644.Just talked to my dealer and he said he was aware of my cert and it’ll be handled when I pick up my Bronco. Can this wait get any more intense? We’ll see how it plays out when i take delivery. Ohh and no movement on getting shipped yet

No, my original jan 2022 order was never modified and neither was my 2nd order placed April 2023. I have had the cert for my original order for a while now. I just learned about this new 2nd cert. Very strange!
Well, if you have two orders then it makes perfect sense. The PO is tied to your name and original order.
Except my second order was just placed in April this year and both certs are for the same amount - the original cert amount of $3080
I have the same program #, one Cert #. We'll see if the dealer honors the program, on top of the deal I'm supposedly getting for being an employee of the auto group that owns the Ford store I ordered through

Curious what your Carmax experience is like if you don’t mind updating after you’ve traded it in. I was considering that route. I’ve only ever traded into the dealership I was buying my new car from. When I first ordered my Bronco I checked with KBB instant offer, Carmax, and Carvana, just to see what offers were out there for my car at the time. Carmax had the best. Has your dealership tried striking a trade deal?
