Any word on why the certificate was issued?
No clue, she wasnt even gonna tell me about it until I brought it up and said I knew about it. Then she put me on hold and two minutes later she had certificate numbers available for me. Maybe some kind of customer satisfaction or something? Just seemed odd they wouldn't mention it until I acknowledged its existence
Weird. When I chatted with Ford yesterday I asked if there were any certificates tied to my order and I was told to contact my dealership about certificates
Guess I talked to the wrong person at Ford Marketing. Didnt get an offer for a certificate. The rep I spoke with was very understanding and helpful. I got through right away at the 800 number. All they could tell me was that my vehicle had been built and then was pulled for a quality control inspection. She stated that all Broncos like mine (since June 26th) were being pulled for inspection. Don't know which one of my options would have triggered the inspection and she did not know either. Good to know its been built but still frustrating.

The rep I talked to was super friendly and I got connected almost immediately after using their automated menu. Mine is still "fully produced" but no ither info. (What's the difference between fully produced and built you might ask? Beats me

Got the same email last night at 1 am. I have been somewhat concerned because my salesman has disappeared on me so I decided to head up to the dealership today.They said he moved on a couple of months ago so they assigned me to another one. The sales manager told me my Bronco was built but still at the plant today . ETA Aug 11-17I got 45 day email at 1:04 am this morning. Some how that feels like progress
