My dealership calculates conversions after removing the cancellations, which were about 40% of the total reservations. I bet actual conversion percentage without removing cancellations will be much lower than 66% nationally.
We converted 100% of our conversions!

No dealership needs your SSN to "tie my reservation and my order to my name and social" TOTAL DEALERSHIP BS AND LIES.

The only thing the dealer wanted your SSN for is to run a soft or hard pull on your credit report to see if you can afford or can finance the Bronco.
I specifically asked them about a potential credit pull and they said it was not for that. Credit Karma should show if they were lying about that in the next 30 days.

I'm not worried about it, I've gotten prompt and great service over the last 9 days.

Easy peasy, we converted 100% of our orders that did not cancel. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
They actually shared the mystery math, which didn't work out on my calculator; my personal conversion rate was 100% (1 of 1), so whatever, right?

Just got our email, 66.75% national conversion rate, KC region was at 76% and our zone at 82%. So now we wait to find out what this means for allocation.
In reading this issue over the past several months there appear to be a number of factors at play as to when these Broncos will arrive on the driveway....not just where one sits in the reservation que, and Ford controls (or in some cases does not control) all the variables.

Firstly, Ford will assure that each dealer gets a certain allotment on the basis of previous sales. This has been alluded to as everyone attempts to see where there number is with each dealer. So, your dealer may only get so many MY21s in their allotment. Dealers with 100 reservations will not get all 100 if another dealer with only 10 gets zero. Dealers will be kept happy through this process.

Reservation placement, is a biggy, but not the only issue. Ford is various videos with project leaders has always had a weasel clause in any statement.

Order details....SAS package equals delay.....painted hardtop equals delay...leather seats reads delay.....2.7L equals????.....6 speed trans equals????

Ford will have an algorithm that will take all these factors (and others, production schedules, Covid, Ranger orders from the same plant, etc) into play and the end result of who gets what and when will not be as simple as “I was through the door on Day 1”. Which is why it takes Fords 2 months from end of inversion process to tell us who gets what when.

There will be some surprises both in “WOW, I got mine” to “WTF?”.

This is probably the wrong thread to ask but it seems relevant in my mind... I have a midday July 14th reservation (10169###). I ordered a Badlands mid package with 2.7. My dealer (Hertrich) says they got orders for the number of anticipated allocation but haven’t really given me any more detail than that. Curious with this high conversion rate.... am I thinking Summer, Fall, Winter Truck?

I have a 1987 RHD Defender 110 with a soft top that I will likely be selling to get the Bronco.

I try to call Ford it was a big waste of time
The person told me for my 100$ refund the dealer ship will need to cancel it .... I explain to him again the situation then he try to transfer me to marketing ... I was tired to wait after 20min I give up ...

The dealership state to me in email if ford don't refund me their dealership will.

The dealership don't care to give me back my 100$ at the end if they can sell my reservation with a big adm to someone ..... I have very early reservation I did the night of the launch..
The cancellation number on the Ford web page is 1-800-392-3673. I have no idea what transpires, but that is the number listed on their page for cancellation. Good luck.

Here's my two prognostications that nobody asked for:

1. No colors are dropped for 2022 because 2021 is a short model year and Ford won't want to screw the people who got pushed to 2022.

2. Assuming supply chains get back online, Ford will produce way more than 70,000 Broncos in 2022.

Word.

Thanks for sharing. Great for Ford but higher than many here expected. So, with 190k reservations this means about 126k converted. If we assume 66k reservations made in MY21 then that leaves Ford with 60k reservations to make for MY22. Thought somewhere we saw that 30% of reservations were made in first week and 30% of 190k is 57k so basically first week reservations are most likely to get a MY21.
I am one of the ones waiting until MY22. It's my understanding that those orders can't be converted until August or September of this year. At least that's what my dealership told me.

I find that number dubious. I wonder if that’s 66% of people who reserved ordering or 66% of the allocations that the dealer received transferred to sales.
my dealer had 44 vehicles and 130 something Broncos reserved.
