11/26 Update - Well I tried to lift the spirits of the thread by going a bit overboard with my typical .GIF shenanigan's as the Release numbers have been quite low as of late. Today has not broken that trend. Only one Bronco on our Dirt Mountain Tracker.

Special Notes - I haven't posted in a while how our "Delivery" numbers were looking. So here it is, ~82% of Bronco's that were on Dirt Mountain are now in the Driveways of their owners.

<5% are still remaining on Dirt Mountain. Which I guess is a milestone in and of itself.

@CO-Bronco, I’ve read several places where recent builds (October and November) have been hung up strangely similar to what we went through. I have no data to try to find a correlation of options or builds that would show a pattern. Do we think that this new build purgatory has anything to do with our abysmal release numbers as of late?

I've been pondering that as well.. the only thing that would correlate is perhaps a new commodity constraint for the line that also has some of the DM Broncos requiring the same part.

Bronco's of all shapes and sizes have been release so it's definitely not a widespread issue, so I'm struggling thinking what it could be.

Perhaps now that there's snow in the DTE area, transportation too and from the mod shop has slowed right down?

11/27 Update - One Bronco was lucky enough to make it out of Dirt Mountain today. At this rate it really will be 2022 before DM is cleared.

Special Notes - On a personal issue note. I realized today that my rear air vents (only applicable to 4dr models) do not have any air flow. If anyones interested or has suggestions please check out the following thread:

11/30 Update -One lone soul was released from Dirt Mountain today. This is starting to get super depressing seeing as we have only 13 days until MY22 start going down the line... Blah.

I still am worried that something is up at MAP. DM releases have been cut to a trickle. New builds are really messed up. 11/22 blends had modules finally populate yesterday. I understand that the line shut down for Thanksgiving, but for certain ones to wait that long? Strange things be happening.

Side note, build 2 gets Blend tm. Salesman and I have decided I’m going to let him have right off first refusal. I’ll be tracking it though just to keep an eye on things.

I had a blend date of yesterday. No modules. No date listed on In Production. Things are behind for some reason. I’m sure Ford will be forthcoming as to why in the immediate future.

12/2 Update -Another Day, another zero Bronco's being released

Special Notes - @Mustang302 reached out to Mr. Levine yesterday and the response was one, after all we've been through, still didnt expect to happen. It essentially confirms that all the June/July/August Blends still stuck in DM have various other QC issues that are holding them back, that presumably could have been repaired/replaced at any time over the past 6 months of waiting for MIC replacement.

It honestly feels as if our Bronco's just sat there the entire time collecting dust and the final QC checks didn't occur until the MIC's were replaced... That can mean weeks if not months more of delays should quality issues be flagged.

Today is Day #4 of no new Bronco's being released and this is tough... I can understand Ford not falling on their sword and re-building every Bronco that got sent to Dirt Mountain back in June/July/August.... But currently with so few left... why the heck not do it now.

There is only 1 week left before MY22's start coming down the line... This is absolute bonkers.

12/05 Update - One Bronco was released today (well technically yesterday but after I had finished the 12/04 update). This brings up down to 16 lost souls left on Dirt Mountain. Anyone think Jalopnik or another media outlet would be interested in an update to the Dirt Mountain situation?

I'm trying to think of any way possible to pressure Ford to do the right thing and either get you all released this week, or throw in the towel on your rigs and get you new ones to go down the line with the MY22's coming the week after... They can fix the DM rigs at a later date and sell them to an Off-Roadeo or something.

I'm dreaming I know, but still... "MY22's prioritized over vehicles sitting for 160+ Days in a dirt parking lot, and that's not including a previous 338 days of waiting since reservations" (using @NotYou stats) has some shock value..

I met up with a buddy of mine who was also on DM. He was a 7/14 blend and picked his up before I got mine. That's beside the point of this post...

I read some muttering about this in one of the other threads and I think it might be true. Not all MIC 1.0s were replaced. My top looks great for the most part: even coloration, no apparent defects, except that my edges are not rolled. There is minor delamination on a few edges.

My friend's top has nicely rolled edges at just about every seam and generally looks more refined.

I'll get pictures next time and post them.
