Same I hit Ford Chat up every Tuesday and Thursday. Released from plant waiting shipment.Oh I have hit up Ford chat or dealer about every other day. Still sitting at the rail yard waiting to board the train. Probably out there getting bird crap all over it and who knows what else?!

Ford chat say they cant see any reason why it has not shipped. Only I can think of is dealer allocation maybe? Did you get your price protection certificate from Ford? If so, your price protection amount should have been provided to you then. Price protection for 2 door Badlands is $975 for reference.I need some help here.

Unfortunately, the price protection certificate only covers column A.I do not know the rules for changes.

Attached is a page from email Ford sent on 4/18/22 regarding 2022 MY MSRP price protection. This is directly from Ford but their certificates amounts don't seem to match up?Sadly. I hope the link helps some.
I’m in the same boat as you from the previous build week...a “TTGX” rail car....and I had the same exact problems as you did. Very frustrating!I finally received notice mine has shipped and contacted dealer to get Train car information so I can track it. The number I was provided is TTGX953161.
The automated line has trouble understanding letters. I tried to use the keypad but it does not acknowledge any input and just keeps asking me to say the numbers or input them using keypad (which I had just done).
I can get it to understand GX953161 with a response there is no information on that car. But if I try TTGX it cannot understand “TT” part at all. Are the leading TT letters needed? Thanks for the help!
