I couldnt wait, I went ahead and reached out to support chat my Bronco has been shipped via CSX. She gave me the railcar number and a new expected delivery date of May 31.

now I have to figure out how to track CSX cars!

Well good news. I got my Your Vehicle is on the way email today!!!!! Should be here by the 4th... or so i have been told. Got CSX info, and it's on its way to Indiana.

Ya I just did chat ford. Just useless. Pretty sure they just looked at the same tracker I am because the just gave me the tracker link and said “if it’s in production that means it’s in the process of being built at one of our factories”

acting like it hasn’t gone down the line yet. When my mods have activated and I have a tear tag. Honestly I think I’ve only gotten bots on the chat. Because their answers seem very copy/paste.

sorry don’t mean to be a downer. Just getting melancholy with disappointment.

Mine did this right before it shipped, from what I read it's usually a good sign. Fingers crossed we all get our production line photos too.

This means that your Bronco has left the factory but prior to be loaded on a truck to take to rail yard or dealer.

Don’t use the bot chat, call and speak with a live person.

This means that your Bronco has left the factory but prior to be loaded on a truck to take to rail yard or dealer.

That may be true in a perfect world, but this is not reality for me. Mine has been in transit since 5/20 and just moved to “order confirmed” at 3:00 this afternoon.

Had the same! Checked the tracker and have never been happier to go backward in this process and see “Order Confirmed”.

Immediately went to Ford CS chat and they said it has shipped and provided the rail car #!

I finally caved in and contacted Chat today. I was 4/28 Blend, 5/5 Build, and....waiting. I'm Southern Ontario, so only a few hours from plant.

Chat said that my OBX 2dr is scheduled to be shipped no later than tomorrow. No movement in tracker yet. Still just "built"

So hang on... I'm gonna hold my breath
