2 Door:
Vintage, looks cool
More nimble
2 less doors to remove and store

4 Door:
Larger fuel tank, about 4 gallons & 70 miles more range
Can sleep in it
More space, storage
Easier access
Soft top with hard top prep (my preferred top for my area)
Lighter top
Possible sub / storage location under the back seat
Higher resale or at least more desirable
More after-market support
More planted and stable
Smoother ride quality with the longer wheelbase
“Pros” seem to be choosing the 4 door
Better suited for road trips

It's up to you.

my opinion:

2 dr: looks cooler, original Bronco design

4dr: can get a soft top from factory (if youre into that), more room, still looks cool (its a Bronco)

We have 2 four doors for the practicality, but I love the look of the 2 door, maybe someday.

Exactly. We have 3 kids and thus need a 5 passenger Bronco. The space is great and checks every box for us.

I'll consider a two door when I'm an empty nester or have enough money for an "extra" vehicle. Nothing wrong with them, just not a fit for most people.

2 door’s back seats are way more comfortable than 4 door’s. And it looks better. We have two toddlers and the 2 door works great for a weekend toy. When hauling more people me or my wife drives the XC90.

I have a 2021 mustang so kids are used to climbing in the back
Yeah, the Bronco has WAY MORE room in the back seat, and cargo area than a Mustang. Easier to get into as well (if a hard top) not as easy as a drop top (with the top down) because you can just step into those.

Had a 4dr JL. Wanted a 2dr. No kids or dogs. JL 2dr is a bit too small. The 2dr Bronco fits the bill perfectly. Would have never considered a 4dr Bronco.

And the 2dr has better breakover and more nimble for wheeling.

....... For many, this is a secondary vehicle and they have other vehicles to handle other tasks.

There may also be a few early adopters who switched to a 4dr initially because the line was shorter, but will opt to go back to a 2dr as supply loosens up.

This exactly. I went 4 door, soft-top just to get a Bronco in 21. then an Everglades in 22 for the hardtop and the overlanding goodies, Now I'm in line for a 2 door Heritage simply because its the closest I can get to the Bronco I wanted when I was a kid. If you need a Bronco as a daily, well, I'll just say its good that Ford makes it that way, After having a 4door Bronco, I prefer my F150 4x4 Lariat (especially once I have both it and the 2door Bronco). My next Bronco will be my toy/fun vehicle only.

2 Door. Much more retro of a look and I've always been a huge fan of all the Bronco Gens. My first vehicle was a 1990 Bronco XLT so we can call the new Bronco nostalgic for me. I think it's the reason my wife has practically given me a blank check on the Bronco and the upgrades I want:love:

The 4 door Bronco just doesn't do it for me. I will do doubt miss having 4 doors as I'm coming from a F150 crew cab with 4 doors. It's just me, my wife (who has a 4 door sedan), and pup. I've also been looking forward to having a smaller vehicle as most of the driving I do is just around the city doing random errands. If I was still living in Texas with long highway commutes between cities or if I had kids I see the practical utility of a 4 door winning over my nostalgia.

Been on two trails where anything 6" longer than my 2dr would've had to turn back (Little Cedar Bounce, Bradford Easy Loop).

My two neighbors (6' and 5'8", not uhhh the slimmest pardners) have both ridden in the backseat and both always mention how comfortable it is back there. You will not find me back there.

That being said, I wish I had the bigger gas tank and the back is a little bit of tight squeeze compared to the 4dr.

If you're touchy about folks ribbing you about your purchase, go with the 4dr; they're all thin skinned about that, you'll fit right in!  But they also get all the aftermarket parts, whereas I can't buy a hard top replacement, for example. But I would never willingly have a four door. I just roll like that; I have a pickup if I need to haul stuff.
