I'll keep this updated if they are able to fix this issue, whether it's balancing the tires or replacing them. I felt like the vibration was faster than the tire rotation, so I was believing it was a driveshaft or axle, but I can buy that it's more than one tire, which would make sense...
At least you have a dealer that is working with you. Our local dealer is useless.

@NCCarguy I mentioned in an earlier post how smooth my '24 Wildtrak was and that yours should be similar. I ordered mine and took delivery about 2 weeks after it was assembled, so there was no time for the tires to get flat spots. You may be onto the real cause of your vibration... Good Luck!
the last 6 digits in the Vin number on mine are B09552. I am not looking at the door jamb for the build date, but nothing about that number tells me that it was built late in 24, and I just purchased it on August 1, 2025....so there's a very real possibility that it sat for a long time. I'll let you know what they determine today.

I'm not convinced. I have two sports cars that get stored through the winter. Sometimes as long as 5 months. In the spring when first getting them on the road I can feel the vibration from the flat spots for a mile or two, but then it resolves itself.

Now those two cars have softer summer tires (Michelin Pilot Sport 4s on the CTS-V and Continental Extreme Contact Sports on the Roush) vs. the OEM Goodyears on the Bronco, so maybe they react differently.
The service manager told me that they had a lot of trouble with some of the F-150 Platinums that sat for a long time during Covid because no one was buying that expensive a vehicle. and he said that the tire manufacturers told him that it's usually with new tires that have not been through several heat cycles before they sit, he referred to them as "green rubber tires". He said after they have been through several heat cycles and have hardened up more, they can sit and go back to round better......I'll have a better feel for this later today I'm assuming. I will say again that I could tell that the vibration was happening faster than the rotation of the tires, which made me believe it was a part that was rotating faster than the tires, but if more than one tire is bad, that would explain that to me.

Given that explanation, I suppose it's possible. Good luck! Hope it gets resolved.

Send me your VIN. I can tell you what the exact build date was

I'll say this. Vibration issues are a real challenge. I already knew this from the dealings that I went thru with my Ex's Kia Sorento. I can't tell you how many times that I drove an hour away to meet with the service manager and try to find the source of the vibration. He and I road force balanced the tires together, we placed the vehicle on the lift and ran it up to 80mph while I just felt for a vibration(and btw I told him I thought it was a rear axle) but Kia required him to go step by step to troubleshoot it until I just helped my EX swap it for a Telluride (At least Kia was decent with that offering) but Its a frustrating thing to track down. This may not be over, we may keep having to go thru the steps, but you are correct in that it appears the dealer in now showing that they are willing to work with me. I'd point your dealer to this string and tell him that maybe they consider hooking up a vibration analyzer and make them stay on it. You don't have to live with a vibration, and if you have to, contact FORD and tell them you want the issue fixed. They are required to do that or give you your money back, also look up the lemon laws in your state, and follow them exactly. I've done this 3 times (sounds like a lot, but I've also purchased more than 30 new vehicles, I never had kids and I'm single, so I get bored.) Good luck and keep an eye on this thread for a resolution.

Final Update! At least I hope this is.
I finally got the Bronco back Friday afternoon. The dealership had it for over a month and the end result is almost ridiculous. I am grateful that the shop foreman got involved and we were able to resolve it without them making a major mess out of my Bronco. He told me that he was sure glad that I was persistent about making sure the Torque Converter was the issue because it wasn't. Thanks to @Ducati1098 for helping confirm what I was thinking.
The shop foreman rode with me to get my take on what I was feeling while he had his computer hooked up to the vibration analyzer in his lap and we both noticed the vibration as soon as you started moving. The engine had a vibration for a few seconds and then it would stop vibrating but the wheels consistently did. Originally they told me that they did a road force balance on the wheels and the vibration was still there within the first couple of days of them having it, but I don't know if they're telling me the truth there??? But, this time they did a road force balance and all 4 tires needed weight, one tire needed to be rotated on the rim to balance out and another tire had to be replaced, and from what I'm understanding, the two worst ones were on the front, that's why it felt like it was happening faster than the rotation of the tires, there were two of them. so, after my Bronco being at the dealership for over a month, me taking time off of work on several occasions and driving to the dealership to discuss this, it turns out that a good wheel balance was all that it needed....unbelievable.

Thanks for the update and I’m glad it wasn’t a mechanical issue and your issue was resolved. These Goodyear tires are new and I’m not that familiar with them. I’ve had Goodyear MTR’s in the past and wasn’t too happy with them on our jeep.
