22 wildtrak washer fluid leaking

I have a 22 with 20k miles and the other day i think I may have activated the rear washer when I was getting in the truck. Noticed a short time later that it's leaking out the fluid. When i Noticed it it was sitting at a slight incline and fluid was coming from the body mount area kinda in the passenger and driver floor area. Inside cabin seems dry. How hard is it to get to the tank and assorted hoses? Is there a typical failure point? I'm probably just out of warranty so looking to repair it myself.a google search has revealed several tank issues and hose connectors problem but seems like the system has several failure points.

For some silly reason. I pushed the rear washer fluid while my hose was hooked up to the softtop connector on the side to see if it worked. And the hose popped off the tank right away. Lol I went to the dealer and played stupid and they said sometimes the rustproofing oil makes the hose loosen up and fixed it as a goodwill gesture.

My 2021 washer tank split and repaired under extended warranty. Here's the part number from the invoice if that helps. And the price!

Mine was covered under warranty for my 22 Wildtrac with 23k, last November. Scottsdale chapman Ford AZ quick lane did while i waited.
