20K Early Res Ford Pass Points

I bought my Bronco 2 weeks ago and just received the 42K Ford Pass Points. How long did it take for others to get the 20K early res points?
1. Did you have to beg Ford chat or dealer to take care of that? Or was it automatic?
2. Did you get your $100 deposit back from your dealer?

I have not seen my early res point nor my deposit. My dealer honored MSRP so I really don't care about any of that stuff.

It took me hounding my dealer to get the extra points, had to call the ford help line and they verified that the points were there but needed to be confirmed by the dealer. Then contacted my salesperson and they had someone else at the dealer confirm it and they were there later that day. As for the deposit, I got that about a month ago and I bought my Bronco back in Dec. 2021, I suppose it may very by each dealer so I would just contact them and ask.

42k point showed up the day I picked up my Bronco, if I remember correctly. Couple weeks later 20k early res points showed up.

I did get my $100 reservation and $500 order deposit credited. I only got the 42K, Ford pass points no extra and I was a first 24 hour reservation. I only got 22K on my Lightning last month.

You have to talk to your salesperson about your Ford Pass points.

Not for me. They just credited it back to my credit card.

I got my early res points almost immediately, but never got the purchase points or dual top points.

The dealer has to do something on their end

100$ deposit comes back from your dealer. Sometimes they apply it as a discount to purchase price, sometimes they refund the card or send you a check. I had to get Ford on the line with my dealer because they thought Ford refunded you so some didn't know how it works (I'd hope by now though they've all figured it out).

I had my 200k black painted hardtop "sorry" points and my 20k early resv points in my vincent account so my dealer just converted them into actual ford pass points in my ford pass account. I don't have my bronco yet, but he wanted to make sure I didn't lose them since I converted to a Raptor.

When I went to my dealership to reorder for 2023 they noticed I had 20k points pending on my account/reservation and applied them.

So I would talk to your dealer and see if your points are in a pending status.

As a note I did reserve July 2020, ordered in Feb/March of 2021, reordered again in October 2021 and they only noticed the points when I reordered again in September this year.
