If you are trying to order from Arizona the site won't let you do it unless you use an AZ dealer. State law requires you to use an Arizona dealer and they don't have to honor the web site price.

All these laws protecting stealerships are hilarious to me. Anti Tesla in Texas, AZ laws to use local dealer. Has anybody ever followed the political money? I happen to know with high certainty that any functioning dealership is generating large profit margins for its owners. Why are we protecting these few privileged few?
Honestly I have bought a few Tesla's and that is the way forward. The old dealer model with sales and gimmicks and tricks is just so outdated...
