2027 order book chatter

I had a dealer tell me today he thinks ford is going try and get the bronco back on the same cycle as other models and the order book may open sooner than in previous years. Has anyone heard this? I live in NYC area (Fairfield County, CT) and there doesn’t seem to be as many heritages as normally available so wondering if it because they are closing out MY26? Trying to buy but proving to be more challenging than I would have thought so wondering if any new intel? Appreciate it

2026 order banks are still open, and they're still actively scheduling 2026 Broncos—currently through the month of September.

They have not yet announced when the 2026 order banks will close, but all signs right now are pointing to sometime this fall.

Edit: If you want a Heritage, may want to just place an order at a dealer. Heritage is a fairly low-take rate option so dealers may not be ordering them for their lots.

New colors are Atomic Gray, Pale Moon Gray, Medium Charcoal, and Gunleather Gray.

They're discontinuing Cigarette Ash Gray and Eternal Regret Gray? Bummer, those were as my favorite shades... right behind Eruption Green and Velocity Blue.

2027 they're going to come out with a 'Fifty Shades of Gray' edition. Comes with a ball gag and hand cuffs in the glovebox. Both have 'Bronco' engraved on them.
