Going to pull behind my motorhome has anyone run wires from front bumper 4/6 pin plug to rear tailights? Just wondering the routing of the wires.

Thank you John

I ran mine from the bumper, behind the grille to the engine compartment, down the firewall behind the fender liner and along the outside of the drivers side frame rail with some factory wires. Enclosed in split loom. The hardest part was behind the grille, clearances are tight. Watch clearances back at the muffler too.

Originally I just had a 4 wire flat so it just kinda dangled in the intercooler opening. Now I have a 6 wire and an after market bumper. The six wire fit nicely into a parking sensor hole I didn't need. I also mounted my breakaway in an unused sensor hole, Were I mounting in a standard bumper and unable to use a sensor hole I would probably mount both in a piece of angle bolted into the intercooler opening.

Was there a straight shot up to the tailights? I know they must be removed to splice in the resistors..

You don't have to remove the lights, just the black plastic access covers. Two ?? bolts and 4 PITA push pins each. Your wire come up from below. I used the Curt plug in harness.

You talking about this setup? It works with red stop and yellow turn signal led lights? Or will the motorhome just use the red stop lights as the blinkers also on the bronco cause only 4 wires.

Kinda. Curt makes two. One for Broncos with LED and one for those without, mine was without.
