My order details are in the signature, but short version is I ordered last week of June and have a Sept sked build…

Did you go through the COVP process?
You should have receive a confirmation notice.
Has your dealer confirmed to you that they have an allocation?

I ordered 4/15, received confirmation 4/15
was scheduled on 5/18 for 7/14 date

If your new to the process Tim Barts has youtube post on scheduling each week. here is this weeks. after seeing one you can go backwards and just use the time mark for 'bronco'

I ordered mine February 20 and didn't get a build date until June 23 (4 months later). It was scheduled to build on August 11, but got moved up to August 8 without any notifications. I was just checking my track order. So I am now waiting on the date for it being "built". Dealership told me 1-7 month wait. It's currently 6 months......

Scheduled July 21, 2025
Built August 5, 2025 (likely the PPF option required it to take a trip outside the factory)
Delivered August 11, 2025 (112 days after order)- Pictured next to my wife's 2024 BB 2D 7MT.

I will say this now that i've taken delivery - if you don't want to wait, there is another dealer in my area (east Alabama) that has a 2025 Base 2Dr 7MT unit in Oxford White sitting on the lot (and has been sitting for 3 months) that was my backup plan if the dealer screwed me on my order.

Here's mine...sorry I'm not the best photographer. The 2025 changes really do make a difference; the electronic brake booster for the 2.3L option makes it feel much sure footed when braking, and the 2.3L MPC feels more torquey at the lower RPMs and smoother.

Unfortunately I do have to take it back to the dealer on Friday to do some paint touchups, the ding dong that installed the tow receiver scratched my lower quarter panel when putting the bumper back on (You can see it in the rear quarter picture).

EDIT: Oh yeah, dealer verified my VIN is not part of that recent electronic brake booster software recall.

Superb! Some of the finest people I know drive 2-door Broncos in Velocity Blue.

Appreciate the info. It is COVP'd and dealer has allocations. Sounds like the order to delivery timeline is a mixed bag for everyone. I guess there is not much else to do but wait...

Yes a mix bag…
I just found it odd that you ordered 4/3 and didn’t have a schedule to build date…

I know manuals were not available until late march, and their build is only 3% of total production. BRaptors are 4%.

Have you asked dealer ups up?

Seems for us that did get a date and actual build the broncos are on QA Hold @ factory…

The motor pic was when she was 14 years old… I use Boeshield T-9 Waterproof Lubricant Aerosol to keep everything like that and will do the same for the 2.3L

Just got this from my dealer. They’re trying to get more info from Ford, but not expecting anything. Hopefully this is short-lived and I still get to enjoy some warm weather with my Bronco this year.

History:

• Ordered 5/19
• Original build week 7/21, pushed to 7/28
• Tracker moved to “in production” with no date listed on 7/22
• Received generic delay email from Ford on 7/28 (blend date).
• Modules began populating 8/3 and Tracker shows 8/3 as the “in production” date
• Tear tag on 8/5

Build:

• 2025 4 Door Badlands non-sas
• 2.3L / 7MT
• Eruption Green Metallic
• Dual tops with body-color hardtop
• Lux and MGV
• Raptor style running boards

Just got this from my dealer.

That seems to be standard .... I got the same on 8/11

Mine blended 7/18, finished 7/20
Two calls to 1 (800) and texting w/ford
YOUR ETA to Dealer is 8/15 - 21

Neither Dealer or my effort got anywhere
Vehicle tracker last update 7/20 in production.

BUT today is the 19th tomorrow the 20th

Interesting your car is in a different location than mine. but your OH and I'm CA

Told twice 8/4 & 8/14 that my eta is 8/15-21. Ford 1 (800)

Dealer provided screenshot as of 7/28 QA Hold not shippable

Dealer told me another customers order made it to NV was removed and is back in MI

My gut says there’s an issue with broncos with manuals.. not saying it the transmission but something about vehicles with one…. Software, maybe something else connected to or some part etc

Seems limited to Badlands trims?

Similar boat -- posted before, ordered 12/09, originally scheduled 8/04, rescheduled to 8/11, blend date 8/12, updated to In Production 8/16 and hasn't budged since. Got a "Your vehicle is still being built" message 8/11.

Manual 2dr Badlands w/Black Appearance Package and Lux package. Gonna ask dealer if they can see anything about the QA Hold stuff.

Hmmmm … just wondering if September 3rd we will see some QA Holds released?

There’s 54 total BL’s, 6, 2 dr in the area.
