Dear all bronco owners,
I am so honored to be a member of Bronco6G finally.

I have been looking for the owners who custom-ordered theirs and what was going on with their orders.

Ford Bronco 2025 Bronco Order QA Held 1754002327105-35

Ordered vehicle: 2025 Bronco Base, 2dr, 7MT, SAS | Dealer install accessories: Top Bimini
Order confirmed: 04/04.2025
Scheduled: 07/14/2025 - I received the email of delayed schedule before it getting in production
In production: 07/20/2025
Initial est. delivery date was 08/04/2025 (I received the text from Ford 'everything is green light, and est. delivery is 08/04 before it got into production).
Window sticker is not available through Ford Tracker. However, I could find it thorugh the link + my VIN and the blend date shows on 07/17.

Module is populated, tear tag is given.

I let my salesman check the VinView, it says QA hold on 07/28/2025
One of the Ford's reps on Ford Chat said the est. delivery date is 08/02/2025 but she could see 'it is held' - this conversation was 2 days ago(07/29/2025).

I was so relaxed and calm to wait until it got delivered, but all of sudden, once I saw mine got held for quality assurance, my patience just hit the bottom.

* Has anyone here experienced QA Hold, and how long did it take for you?
* If not, what do you think of how long it takes for mine getting delivered? (haha, I need help.)

And if there is any insight with the order information above, your help and share would be much appreciated.

ps. I am car-less, my bike is the only transportation at this moment and it is hassle to carry all my camera gears lol.

Ahhh, welcome to the club, lol.
If nothing is found wrong, then it will be released in short order and on it's way. If something is found, it is better that it is resolved at the factory then you having to petition your dealer with warranty claims.

(at our plant) it is usually held for a quality review. Sometimes it is heavy repair though...

Ken, thank you so much for your help.
I hope it is just a precautionary delay.

If not, I don't know how to wait more than I expected, props to all the owners who went through during COVID.

You'll have a note in the glove box from the QA technician. Will explain the extra miles driven. It isn't driven hard and put away wet so to speak. But it will be driven beyond just a visual inspection.

There's not much that can be done to speed up the delivery. Just hope that nothing is found and be thankful for the extra scrutiny.

I ordered my 2.7 Badlands Sasquatch on 4/1, confirmation on 4/3, started production on 5/12, completed as built on 6/19, shipped on 6/22 and delivered to dealer on 7/10. Picked up on 7/12, had 40 miles on it. This was a pretty typical timeline for the May - June builds. At the time we heard QA holds and also held for parts delivery, I think that at the time the thought was some air bag component part, whatever it was a lot of us had July delivery’s, I really love my Bronco, well worth the wait

Hi Tom, what a beautiful truck you got!
Congrats for your vehicle.

You and I both ordered almost at the same week, but your vehicle got into the production so fast!

What I have heard from the dealership is, special order bronco usually takes 3-4 months, however, I already hit the 4 months mark soon haha.

I need to be patient as you said it is well worth the wait!!

Thanks, I pretty much picked that combo of trim, color and options the day the build sheet was released last Fall, I really
Iike it. I had to see the color in person before I ordered and then took a while to decide between leather or MGV. Had to go to the dealer and sit in both to decide.

I got lucky when I ordered, that week the factory was looking for 2.7 Badlands Sasquatch‘s with painted hard tops to schedule, and that is what I ordered.

be patient, seems like it is taking 2-4 weeks longer then the dealers expect, but worth the wait

So I’m in a similar boat I think.

i checked the tracker and noticed that my schedule week had moved up a week. That got me excited. So the week of production came and I received an email stating that it was delayed. Didn’t say why, just delayed. I have my window sticker with a blend date of 07/29 but no modules have populated yet. I read that they can take a few days to populate. Wondering why you have a date over “in production” and I don’t.

Hi Chris, I was there too.
So, without date on the stage of in production it means it is still needs some days to be figured out I guess. Ford tracking takes forever to show the latest updates.

Mine was not showing as well, however a few days later, it popped up and the update date at the bottom changed as well.

Your vehicle is highly likely in the production line and it is not up to date on the tracking.

I might be wrong but based on my experience, you will see the date soon.

how did you know about the allocation?! I should have asked to the dealership..
You were so wise. Also I am glad that the timing was so perfect for you to order the Bronco the way you want and the allocation was available for you.

Hopefully, I can survive another 2-4 weeks lol my patience is almost gone, yet I'd love to get my car the way I wanted to build same time.

LOL, you guys kill me with the ordering this year and getting it this year, "having to wait" stuff.... I waited for years for mine to be produced.... on the upside... I made a "payment" to my bank account the entire time. I bought it cash from the dealer!
